"Smelled room dirty sink clogged extra bed not comfortable coils coming out . They would not switch us to a double bed for even one out of the 2 king rooms we booked . They would refund the 2 nd day stay even though we let them know all these issues at 4 am and checked out at 8 am. "

"Great downtown location. Within walking distance of Van Andel Arena,the BOB,and many fine restaurants."

"The room was clean. I had a king suite that was handicapped accessible. It was very large and the shower was great. The lighting was not good in the bathroom though. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Housekeeping could’ve been better. They did not empty both trash cans or remove dirty glasses. They didn’t replenish the coffee cups. The breakfast was great and the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Hotel is centrally located in Grand Rapids. Rooms are dated and need update. The wedding rooms and event areas are nice."

"It was filthy and Max from front desk was rude , there was a hair with lice in the restroom. Too expensive for broken down hotel the boilers do not work properly water would get hot then cold then hot again. Terrible experience for the price. "
