"Family met and stayed there for a graduation. Location was good for ceremony and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the bar for a late evening gathering spot. Breakfast at Wolfgang Puck was good and reasonably priced."

"My stay at this location was over the top amazing it was so clean throughout the whole property and the staff was amazing …. I dealt with Emily at the front desk she was the best . If you’re looking at this hotel to stay at just do you will not regret it"

"This was an affordable option in the middle of downtown GR. We came for a graduation. It’s walkable from Van Andel arena and the bar scene. Was pretty impressed with the atmosphere and cleanliness of rooms."

"The outside is very poorly maintained, and I was very worried about what I’d find on the inside when I pulled up. When I went in, they were not able to accommodate a 1-hr early check-in at all. The lobby where other guests and I waited appeared clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is currently under construction and not open. I use the bathroom off the lobby, which had had only one working sink, and said working sink appeared to contain vomit. Once we got up to our room, that initially appeared to be clean. The bathroom left some doubt—the lotion had not been replaced and had been almost entirely used, and we didn’t have soap. Thankfully, we only stayed for one short night. I was grateful to be out of there this morning."

"This was a nice hotel to stay at in a great location to downtown. It’s very close to everything. The staff was great. My only complaint was the housekeeping staff. They originally skipped cleaning our room, so I called to have it freshened up while we were going to be gone. We came back only to find one bed was made, none of the garbage was taken out, and the only thing they really did was bring fresh towels. They could do a much better job. Other than housekeeping, we had a great stay."
