"Everything was great! Loved the large open space of the main area in the house. We had a wonderful time with family and friends having our daughter’s rehearsal dinner here. The game room made it extra fun! The only thing I would say is that most of the lights on the outdoor string lights were out and our dinner was held outside so that was disappointing. "

"If you have reason to visit Fallbrook, a stay in Kim’s guesthouse is convenient and pleasant. The decor is just as pictured. Let it be known that you can hear people above you but they keep very sensible hours. We would be happy to stay again. "

"This house was perfect for our family vacation. The kids loved the pool, putting green and pool table. Plenty of space for everyone. Beds were comfy. Host responded promptly to all of our questions. Highly recommend!"

"The house was very clean, air conditioned, and well-supplied. My daughter and I were in town for a wedding. I was concerned about having one bathroom to get ready in, but the house was well-designed, and we had plenty of room. The outdoor area felt private and comfortable, although since we were there in mid-summer we didn't spend a lot of time in the yard."
