"The lady that was during breakfast was a bit rude. She seemed like the ppl getting breakfast were a bother to her. She said excuse me to check the eggs. So I stepped aside and instead of going around me she bumped my belly (I’m pregnant) I told her wow you could’nt go around me and she laughed and said have a nice day. She needs to work on her hospitality if she’s going to continue working for a hotel. "

"Great place to stay in Burnet. Always friendly, good breakfast, nice outdoor space!"

"It’s location provided a beautiful overview of the Colorado River and was close to many good eating establishments."

"There was a mistake when we checked in and we were given the wrong room. The next morning, the hotel staff moved us out of the room, while we were gone. To make up for the error, we were given a credit and a suite for the remainder of our stay."

"Short staff. An elderly lady was working front desk as well afixiing food for they continental breakfast"

"When I got out of the elevator the whole second floor smelled like urine. When I got to my room the scent was gone, but the floor had stains on it, a few dead small roaches. Nasty nasty nasty place."

"The AC was good and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and check in was easy. They have a pool, but did not have time for a swim. I slept well and I would definitely stay there next time I go to Kingsland. "
