"We absolutely loved our time in VT at this beautiful cottage! We’ve been a few times and love to come back for a week of relaxation in the gorgeous Green Mountains. The owner has thought of everything to make the cottage self-running with lots of labels and instructions to help and a great guide to the area that helped us find enjoyable places to check out. We love the hot tub and the privacy to relax in the mountains. We also enjoyed just chilling in the sweet reading nook or the porch looking out over the trees and sky. The area is great for taking a nice walk in the forest and is so close to Waitsfield, Warren, and Rochester/Hancock for lots of restaurants and a great grocery store with everything anyone would need. Not enough great things to say about our favorite little cottage in the Mad River Valley!"

"The house was gorgeous, clean and had everything needed for a relaxing visit. Yard and fire pit were gorgeous, watching sunset was beautiful, and on clear nights there were SO MANY stars visible. We visited in the summer and had good access to all sorts of hiking and outdoor activities in the green mountains, while the house itself felt secluded and peaceful. Absolutely would visit again."

"Wonderful Vermont farmhouse stay!Our stay at this farmhouse was fantastic from start to finish — the host clearly thought of everything. The space itself was comfortable and peaceful, with a cozy living room that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals with ease.We loved that the property was dog friendly, which made the trip even better for our whole family. There was no shortage of entertainment either — plenty of games and DVDs, plus streaming and dish options, so evenings in were just as enjoyable as our days out.We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable home base in Vermont."

"Far from the maddening crowd! Private, very quiet location nestled on a mountainside with easy access to beautiful Blueberry Lake, great for swimming and water activities. The chalet is lovely. It was clean, well-appointed and very comfortable. It is suffused with light in the large and very comfortable living area/open kitchen. The fact that it's pet friendly was a big plus for us. The host was eminently accessible to answer questions and the caretaker very responsive to our needs, especially in picking up the garbage, which can't be left outside because of bears. Although "off the road", it's an easy trip to Waitsfield, a lovely town with community activities and good food. If you are looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway in a beautiful place, this is it!"

"We had a great stay! We were traveling with our dogs and it’s great to find dog friendly accommodations in an amazing place. Location was outstanding , if you plan on staying close or as a home base for day trips north or south for even more hiking, biking and outdoor activities. Also for grocery stores if you’ve been to Vermont before you will appreciate having a couple (!) so close. So many fun things to do nearby. The communication the the host was superb and quick! We had everything we needed for our week. The house was very comfortable. A good shower too, so many vacation rentals have disappointing hot water and water pressure. Knowing there was a washer and dryer and detergent made packing so much easier and we still could have brought less than we did. What a wonderful place for a wonderful time!"
