It’s an easy stroll to the Yorkshire Dales Visitor Centre, and there’s a beautiful 4.5‑mile loop walk along the river that brings you back through Grass Wood Nature Reserve. It’s also a perfect base for exploring the wider Dales, with Aysgarth Falls, Hawes, the Ribblehead Viaduct and more all within easy reach. We'll definitely be booking Grassington Lodge again on our next visit."

"Just back from 4 night stay, loved the coziness of the cottage, and the welcoming constant warmth, despite the very cold weather! Hosts very responsive, and very amenable. Perfectly positioned in the village, everything in walking distance, and the surrounding walks were lovely.The parking space was invaluable too, top marks. "

The cleanliness, the location, the decor, the utilities.Everything is great and the location is in the heart of grassington.My mum had a mishap during our stay in the village and after contacting the host she said we could take our time leavingand not adhere to the check out time which was fantastic after spending 8 hours at airedale hospital. She was well enough to enjoy the day on our day of departure so a big thankyou to Jane for your call and concern and mum is bruised but on the mend.Would highly recommended and mum wanting to re book already."
