Het pand is uitermate schoon en alles is aanwezig. De steile helling naar beneden / boven is een dingetje, vooral met een lage, langere auto. Wij hadden de pech dat het extreem warm was, ook 's-nachts. Er is geen airco aanwezig alleen 1 ventilator die zijn beste tijd had gehad. De nacht temperatuur was niet onder de 29,5 graden te krijgen. Beneden is alles aanwezig maar wel een beetje krap. Voor mensen die wat minder goed ter been zijn is het dus wel opletten. Gietijzeren stoeltjes op het balkon zijn een beetje spartaans en de stoeltjes binnen vrij hard. Dus kussentjes meenemen. Het zwembad was perfect en goed onderhouden. Het uitzicht over het Como meer was adembenemend. Beheerder(s), vader en zoon, waren zeer vriendelijk.

Super mooie locatie, met een flinke helling naar beneden met de auto. Maar een eigen parkeerplaats is dan gegarandeerd. De helling was prima te doen. Daarna nog een trappetje naar beneden en dan een prachtig uitzicht. Ons plekje was perfect voor ons tweeën en we hebben heel erg genoten. Super vriendelijke verhuurders. Wat oudere mensen, die naast onszelf daar woonde. Ze vroegen regelmatig of alles goed was. Super gastvriendelijk. Je kunt via een speciaal pad naar beneden, naar het water lopen. Wat wij ideaal vonden. Dit legde meneer vooraf super fijn uit. Ondanks dat de Engelse taal af en toe een beetje lastig was, verliep alles voorspoedig. Met maar twee huisjes dat ze verhuren en hun eigen plekje was het super rustig en privé. Het zwembad is dus ook zo goed als voor jezelf. Wij hebben geen negatieve punten en zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. Jammer dat we weg moesten, zeker aan te raden!

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus auf dem Hügel mit fantastischem Blick über den Comer See. Hütte ist geeignet für 2 Personen. Schöner Pool und sehr süßer Gastgeber und Gastgeberin. Über den Ein- und Ausgang wurde genug gesagt. Zwei Tipps: Wenn Sie das Schlafsofa benutzen, denken Sie daran, dass es hart ist. Nimm lieber eine Luftmatratze mit. Und die Stühle auf dem Balkon sind aus Gusseisen, was auf Dauer etwas hart und unbequem ist. Vielleicht eine Idee, einen eigenen Klappstuhl mitzubringen (nicht zu groß, weil es ein schmaler Balkon ist), aber mit einer schönen Aussicht! Wir haben eine Woche genossen!

Wenn Sie Ihre Adresse in Google Maps eingeben, sind Sie auf der Piste niedriger, aber wenn Sie sich das Luftbild genauer ansehen, funktioniert es und die berüchtigte Piste ist nicht schlecht, für einen etwas erfahreneren Fahrer eigentlich nur Spaß! Empfang durch super nettes Paar und Treppen Wandern ist auch nicht mehr nötig, da es in letzter Zeit einen (super langsamen) Lift gibt ... Unterkunft ist in Ordnung, alles ist da was benötigt wird und super sauber. Aussicht ist einzigartig und selten schön! Erleben Sie es selbst, indem Sie Wege durch die Altstadt zum wunderschönen Boulevard finden.

Hinreißendes, altehrwürdiges Steinhäuschen (Romantica) in perfekter Aussichtslage am Lario. Die neu renovierte Unterkunft mit viel Charme lässt (fast) keine Wünsche offen (Haarfön oder Stabmixer sind mitzubringen). Frühstücken am reizvollen Balkon und Poolbenutzung war - dank außergewöhnlicher Wetterverhältnisse - selbst in der letzten Oktoberwoche noch möglich. Die Umgebung lädt zu zahlreichen Wanderungen (Panoramawege mit grandioser Kulisse) und zum Flanieren an Seepromenaden mit herrschaftlichen Villen und mediterranem Flair ein. Doch auch bei Schlechtwetter bieten sich Ausflüge nach Mailand, Bergamo und Lugano (Shopping und Kultur) an. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt und können dieses entzückende Urlaubsdomizil nur wärmstens empfehlen. Schöne Grüße auch an die äußerst zuvorkommenden Gastgeber!

Wir wurden sehr gut aufgenommen und freundlich. Die Unterkunft war genau wie auf der Website beschrieben wurde. Atemberaubende Aussicht auf dem See vom Schlafzimmer und der balkon.Alleen die Einfahrt in die Kabine war sehr steil ebenfalls unten aufgeführt wurde, aber nicht, dass es so steil war, Parkplatz war nur voldoende.Wandelen in das Dorf ist nicht zu steil zu tun und holprige Pflaster, nass, es ist sogar gefährlich. Das Gebiet viel zu tun hat, muss man auf der Straße fahren. Sehr schön Anzug, Dörfer, Wasserfälle.

Wir sind gut angekommen, Anfahrt über viele Tunnel aber zügig. Die Eheleute Omberti sind sehr nett. Seniore Stefano spricht gut deutsch. Die Einfahrt von der Bergseite ist sehr steil. Man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Das Häuschen ist sehr stilvoll und nett und für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Im Obergeschoss ist eine gut eingerichtete Wohnküche mit Geschirrspülmaschine, Im Untergeschoss ein kleines Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Der Pool ist groß und sehr sauber. Man blickt vom Balkon direkt auf den Pool und auf fast den ganzen Comer See. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wandern, Radfahren, Kajakfahren etc. Im Ort ist eine Schiffsanlegestelle an der regelmäßig Schiffe und Schnellboote zu allen wichtigen Orten fahren. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt

Herzlicher Empfang von Stefano in deutscher Sprache. Kleine Verpflegung Ferienhaus mit Balkon und schöner Aussicht auf den Comer See und Dorf Gravedona.Parkeerplaats ist jedoch sehr schwer zu erreichen sehr steile Auffahrt (unten von unserem Auto mehr an Boden bekam). Spaziergang mit dem Hund in der unmittelbaren Umgebung unmöglich.
