Wunderbar

Tolle Unterkunft mit fantastischem Blick auf den Comer See. Auch aus dem Bett heraus. Überdachte Terrasse und Balkon, sowie als Highlight der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse.Sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeberin.Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit ca. 50m vom Haus entfernt.Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund frei und unbeaufsichtigt haben laufen lassen können.Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Klein, Fein, Ausreichend

Schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus, oberhalb von Gravedona gelegen mit einem schönen Blick über den See. Küche komplett ausgestattet, es fehlte an nix. Die Übergabe / Rückgabe mit der Vermietern war problemlos und in 10min erledigt, auch die Kommunikation in Englisch war sehr gut. Der Whirlpool war nicht mehr der neueste (laut Vermieterin wird dieser demnächst ersetzt) und das Wasser war riechbar überchlort. Abhilfe war ein nachträgliches Abduschen. Ansonsten alles top, wenn wir nochmal den Comer See besuchen, wird dieses Häuschen wieder unsere erste Wahl sein.

Sehr sauberes Haus und alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und ansprechbar wenn man Fragen hat. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt perfekt für Urlaub mit Kindern oder Hund. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. Chaleureux accueil par la propriètaire. La maison est propre, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. La vue est magnifique. La seule chose un peu génante , est le chemin vers la maison qui est difficile d'accès , mais surmontable . Météo plein soleil tous les jours À refaire.

Spätsommerurlaub

Ein schönes Häuschen mit tollem Blick auf den See. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist tiptop sauber und die Vermieterin sehr nett. Es ist alles da was man im Ferienhaus braucht und nichts kaputt oder unbrauchbar. Der Zaun ist ohne Lücken, das war mit den Hunden ideal. Das zweite Bett würde ich aufgrund der schlechteren Matratzen eher nur für kleinere Kinder empfehlen und nicht für Erwachsene. Einzig die Liegestühle sind leider nicht besonders bequem und der Whirlpool ist überchlort.

Sehr schönes Rustico

Das Rustico liegt sehr schön und ruhig oberhalb von Gravedona. Den Ort erreicht man schnell zu Fuß über einen Steig, der natürlich anstrengend ist. Sonst per Auto (Parkplätze immer in der Nähe des Rusticos vorhanden). Insgesamt gute Ausstattung. Wir hätten uns weichere Matratzen und Kissen gewünscht - das hätten wir bei dem Preis erwartet. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Der Ausblick ist super und hier oben ist es auch nicht so heiß wie unten im Ort!

Tolle Unterkunft für tollen Urlaub

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Kleines Haus über 2 Etagen am Berghang ca. 200 Meter oberhalb des Sees, tolle Lage mit Panoramablick. 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum See, hoch anstrengend. Kleine Terrasse mit Grünfläche komplett umzäunt, sehr entspannt mit unserem jungen Hund. Sehr gute Ausstattung (Bad + separates WC, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, ausreichend Geschirr zum kochen). Doppelbett war für 2 Erwachsene leider sehr unbequem zum schlafen.

Alles war so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten...die Hausbesitzerin kann super Englisch und damit war es für uns eine große Hilfe. Die Aussicht ist war traumhaft schön!! Wir überlegen jetzt schon ob wir nächstes Jahr wieder in der selben Unterkunft Urlauben.... Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Belle location avec super point de vue.

Maison typique de village de montagne joliment refaite à neuf.Très calme. Superbe vue en hauteur sur le lac de Côme. Accès et stationnement au village un peu sportif par route étroite de montagne. Propriétaire très sympathique, présente et réactive à nos besoins.

Wunderschönes, liebevoll renov...

Wunderschönes, liebevoll renoviertes Rustico mit toller Aussicht auf den See. Die ganze Unterkunft ist mit allem Ausgestattet um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Betten quietschen etwas und die Matratzen waren für uns zu weich. Die kleine Zufahrtsstrasse ist nur für geübte Fahrer. Das Whirlpool war auch genial und wenn etwas unklar war, dann antwortete die freundliche, aufgestellte Besitzerin umgehend auf die SMS. Alles war perfekt sauber und auch die Abgabe verlief unkompliziert. Reisetipps: Für Wanderer: unbedingt vorher gute Karten organisieren. Es ist alles sehr spärlich angeschrieben. Ausserhalb der Saison so ab Mitte Oktober ist vieles bereits geschlossen. Besser immer vorher abklären wie die Öffnungszeiten sind.Sehenswert z.B. Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo, bei Regen Einkaufszentrum Iperal Fuentes in Piantedo (auch Sonntags geöffnet), div. Märkte und hübsche Städtchen in der Umgebung.

Sehr schön und gemütlich

Toller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Bei auftretenden Fragen hat sie sofort vorbildlich reagiert. Wir waren als Familie dort (vier Personen). Dafür hat alles perfekt gepasst.
