"Beach area was beautiful!! Rooms were very run down and needed some serious updating. We were there during the fire and received little to no help. Very disappointed with management through the whole process. Went back after and the things that were left behind were taken and we were told by staff that all rooms were empty. They don't take good care of their customers. "

"What can I say, I’m happy I found this place for my solo trip journey. Just what I needed, love the property and love everything about the staff. The staff is amazing and the property is well kept. Honestly you don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. There’s literally everything there. I like the idea of having a second infinity pool that’s more kids friendly. Food and drinks were good. I can’t wait come back here. "

"I want to warn guest about taxis. The front desk thought they were doing me a favor telling me I could get a taxi on the street which I didn't think anything of. I had to negotiate the price. I also didn't think anything about that. However, after I got into the taxi, he drove me down the street and then tried to drop me off. I ultimately got to my location. But that was not a pleasant experience. The hotel should know better. The taxi driver is really ripped to us off with their pricing. The hotel should do something to take care of that for guests needing to go places."

"Ocean view was beautiful but it was definitely misrepresented as it did not have the restaurant or hot tub or a clean pool until my last night. I booked it because it said it had a restaurant and because I booked it as a 2nd place to stay excise of the 1st place being under construction I could not afford to have to find a third location. So I was stuck walking up and down a mountain 2-3 times per day. Good thing I am a young 50 year old I. Good health and could do it "

"Booked because of free shuttle for airport/ferry. No driver at ferry when I got there, called the property, a driver was there about 10 minutes later. Could have been hung up with traffic but there was no communication as to why he wasn’t there. Room wasn’t ready until 3:10, no shower pressure, patio door would not shut all the way and could not be locked. Place is good otherwise, but the food and drinks were overpriced. Spent my time next door at banarama for good cheap drinks and food. "
