"My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see."
"The place was a 10/10 absolutely recommend! Our host was more than hospitable and made us feel very welcome! If you’re staying in Roatan I highly recommend! This place was absolutely amazing! "
"I blame Expedia for not describing this hotel correctly. We were told by locals it was a motel not a hotel. We were misguided by Expedia. Thank God the staff was fantastic. "
"Where to begin…the room was dirty, old, broken. There was loud music till 2 am. The shower was a glorified tap. There was no warm water. The only thing we liked was the AC. I stayed in many hostel type places in the past. This one topped the list of the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here. "

"The staff was so friendly and helpful! Brent was great in helping us get in the excursions that we wanted to do while still having plenty of time to enjoy the beach and property. The only complaint I have is that there was very little hot water for showers. But after a hot day the cool showers weren’t terrible."
"We absolutely LOVED our time at Naboo Resort and will be back for sure! The premises and accomodations are lovely, the pool and hottub are such a treat after being in the ocean, the AC works really well in the room and kept us comfortable the entire week and the food at the resort restaurant is great! It's a short 2 minute walk to the beach and is nice and quiet compared to the resorts right on the water. We were able to go down to the beach whenever we wanted to enjoy the ocean, beach, diving and snorkeling, and then could retreat to Naboo in the afternoons for a more relaxing and quiet time away for the crowds.
Everyone is happy to be at Naboo and the restaurant staff and service were excellent all week, they are so attentive to your every need, and would often check on us by the pool to see if we needed anything. Incredible!
The Dive shop is also amazing, we were always one of the first boats to go out on the island, the staff were super caring and friendly and knowledgeable! Best experience was getting PADI certified down there! Special shoutout to Tori who was an excllent instructor!! She is so knowledgeable and patient! 5 Stars!! And Coco and Matti were fabulous dive masters as well.
It was our favorite vacation yet!! We will be back for sure! ♡♡♡"
"This property is as amazing in person as it is online and in print. The staff, even more so. Every staff member that we encountered made us feel special. The guest rooms are spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The amenities are exceptional.
The only thing that was not perfect is the way non-resort guests enter the property from the beach, use beach towels, the pools, and the bathroom facilities. The actual resort guests pay USD $65 PER NIGHT for the amenities. It ticked us (and some of our fellow resort guests around us) to see people taking advantage. We noticed one time the security guard asking a couple to leave the pool with the waterfall because they had no wristbands (resort or day pass).
Again, everything else was wonderful. We will return!"
