"The Blue Bahia was everything I was looking for in a relaxed, down to earth, island getaway. From arrival to departure, the staff and dive shop members were all welcoming, friendly, and informative. We stayed for 8 nights and by the time we had to leave we had felt like we had become part of Blue Bahia family and getting woven into the islander life style. With many rental styles, Sunset view 2 fit our needs perfectly. Above the restaurant and overlooking the ocean, the morning view and evening sunsets were sites that we couldn’t get enough of. The rentals and the grounds were well kept and offered poolside relaxation or activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, or through the dive shop with snorkeling or diving. Even though we were located in a quieter part of the island, we were within an easy 22 minutes of multiple fun activities and local restaurants, which the owners and staff were more than happy to tell us about. The restaurant and bar offered a lot of weekly activities (live music, bingo, trivia) and specials, along with their normal menu that found us returning to multiple times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time we see our friends at the Blue Bahia."

"We had a wonderful stay. The place was quite large with a well appointed and stocked kitchen. Bed and bath were very large and comfortable. The main deck was a favorite for morning coffee, meals, and watching the sunset. The private pool was also a stand out feature. We used the kayaks and paddle board quite frequently. Great snorkling just off shore."

"The property is gorgeous and exactly as described in the pictures. The pool was great and rests at an ideal temperature - not too cold, not too hot. A/C works well, although we didn't use it much as there are ceiling fans, and windows on all 4 sides of the house to open and let the breeze through. All the windows and doors had locks, there is an alarm system, and we felt very secure. The beach was free of garbage, and seaweed surprisingly! The BBQ got a lot of use and most meals were taken on the upper deck watching the sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, although a few more Tupperware pieces would be nice. The only thing I would add would be a gate at the top of the exterior stairs to the deck. There are a few dogs that come onto the property (they dig under the fence, nothing you can do), and can be a bit annoying when you're trying to eat - they are friendly however. We have rented several beach houses in the Caribbean and Central America, and this one is getting a return visit."

"We loved this house! The private dock and spacious, comfortable accommodations- along with garage- made it a great location for our family. If you’re adventurous and like to experience more of an authentic island feel while enjoying resort-style private accommodation, this is the place for you. We enjoyed the barbecue and the provision of water toys immensely. Nothing quite like waking up on the water with gorgeous island views and dolphins playing nearby. We will definitely stay here again. "

"Eduardo was very very good. He was attentive to anything we needed.the condo is just as pictured. It was perfect. The pool was a disappointment as you cannot swim in it. It is too small and has 2 shallow depths too shallow to swim in. The only thing within walking distance is a gas station with a small restaurant in it. A taxi is needed to go anywhere else. "
