Top Gravesend Hotel Reviews

Apex City of London Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Excelente"

Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge

8/10 Good

"Very friendly reception, spa and concierge staff. The restaurant staff seemed very understaffed and I waited 15 mins at the bar to get a drink and a table and was ignored so I left. The spa is nice to have but in need of deep cleaning, the steam room has a lot of mould on the seat tiles, the pool has lots of sediment at the bottom near the steps and the showers need cleaning to be free from hair. My room was overall good but the door wooden frame at the bottom was rotting away due to water damage (I had an accessible room) and two of my mugs had cracks and leaked. So overall ok but some maintenance needs doing."

citizenM London Bankside

8/10 Good

"We stayed in two CitizenM properties in London. It took so getting use to; it had everything we needed. The only problem was now where to put tow people’s luggage. Had to use the desk & hassock. Very clean. Aside from towels, liquid soap & lotion, not shower cap, etc. Use of iPad for controlling temperature, blinds, lights & tv. EVERYTHING we needed for a two night stay in London."

Leonardo Royal London St Paul’s

10/10 Excellent

"Enjoyed my stay. Staff super courteous and welcoming/helpful. Spa was excellent. Loved the breakfast and TV in the room was great too with full freeview and streaming services. Only criticism is on cleanliness. Could see limescale deposited towards back or the toilet water and some grime along the hot tub where the water meets the side that needs cleaning, plus some hair balls in the bed. But overall a fantastic experience and excellent value for money."

Marlin Waterloo

10/10 Excellent

"Very well located in Waterloo. The proximity to the main attractions within London. and to the tube stations really helped enhance the experience. Additionally, the rooms were simple, clean and well sized. Just comfortable for two adults. We didn't make use of the kitchenette, but it was nice to have it handy and available."
