Perfect stay and location
We stayed for 3 nights at this gorgeous cottage. Its location is brilliant with 3 pubs (all great food) and a local village store next door which had everything we needed. Cobham woods is a short walk away which was brilliant for our little pup. The Cottage has a generous sized lounge with log burner which was great, a well equipt kitchen and a little private garden. Our hosts were amazing with communication we couldnt of been happier. Thank you for having us.

It is a shame we don’t have parking directly outside. However it is about a minute stroll to the dedicated parking space. A great plus around the village!

There are loads of other positives about the cottage and the village 😉 Regarding the stairs, there are pictures on the listing. So please check they are ok. There are also rails to help if needed. We’ve had many a visitor up and down them. 🙂

It was OK, great village and location
Cobham is a lovely village, 3 pubs and a cricket pitch just behind the cottage. The walk up and past the church gives you amazing views. We can recommend the Leather Bottle and Darnley Arms, we also sat for a few hours watching the cricket. Ideal location for getting to North Greenwich (O2) and underground in 30mins and for exploring Kent. On arrival we found the garden covered in rotting apples attracting wasps, the 2 wheelie bins were overflowing and the garden furniture was dirty - just needs more regular care. The family bathroom sink was blocked (the cleaner should have identified this). I contacted the owner to report these and he sent the cleaner over to sort what she could but the sink was blocked for 3-4 days, the owner sent some sink unblocker which didn't work so we had to get our own. The bedding was clean but very creased (not a great first impression). Overall the cottage was OK but seemed to be missing that care and attention required.

I am astounded at your review. We responded promptly to your every and many requests. We run a beautiful holiday let not a 5 star hotel which I think you were ultimately after. It is such a shame you have tried to tarnish the property with such a poor review. The other reviews are truly reflective of our property, not this one.

Lovely cottage in a nice village
Wisteria Cottage is very well appointed and was a great location for our weekend watching racing at Brands Hatch (20 minutes away). Very convenient for the Village Store (next door) and the Ship Inn which served great food too. Off street parking space available just up the road too. Great communication from the host. All in all a great option for a weekend break or a longer holiday.

Absolutely loved it!
This was such a lovely place to stay, it has a beautiful cottage feel but is actually very spacious! The surrounding area is stunning and we loved the pubs just down the road! We loved the little table and chairs in the garden to have our morning tea! The owners were really very accommodating and responded quickly to all our queries, would definitely stay here again!

Perfect and will be back
The cottage was beautiful and extremely cosey. The surrounding village was also beautiful and it was a shame that I was not visiting in better circumstances. I would definitely like to come back in the Summer and hopefully with the village pubs open! The property manager responded to all questions quickly and was extremely helpful- top class service.

Lovely cottage in a lovely village
We stayed for 2 nights at this lovely cottage. There were 5 adults and a dog and we all enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owners before the stay was easy and we had no complications checking into the property. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The garden space was perfect for the dog and we could walk from the cottage to some woodland for his daily walk.

Wedding stay
We stayed for my daughter's Wedding which was only six minutes from the venue which could not have been better. The stairs were a bit of a problem as I have a hip problem but other than that a very enjoyable stay.

Great stay for four
It is an immaculately presented cottage with nice furnishings and comfortable living space. The bedrooms are well sized and is in a charming little village. The information to access the cottage was very straightforward and Jon was very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend!

Schönes typisch britisches cottage.
Das cottage ist besonders schön eingerichtet. Man kann dort mit der Familie einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Wir haben die Möglichkeit genutzt um nach London zu fahren und hatten leider keine Zeit eingeplant das hübsche Cobham und Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

2 Bobtails und 4 Menschen haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt
Nette Atmosphäre und gute Pubs in Cobham. Liebenswert praktische Einrichtung des Hauses. Die Waschbecken sind zwar recht klein, aber in zwei Schlafzimmern mit zwei Bädern ist das Problem beherrschbar. Gewöhnungsbedürftig (für Deutsche) ist das Müllmanagement. Nicht ganz so schön ist die sehr schmale Straße durch den Ortskern. Sie fordert erhöhte Aufmerksamkeit beim Verlassen des Hauses, nicht zuletzt wegen der Geschwindigkeiten der Fahrzeuge. Insgesamt ist das Haus incl. der problemlosen Verwaltung absolut empfehlenswert.

Knus huisje in gezellig dorpje
Fijn knus huisje met leuke tuin. Klein winkeltje naast huisje met vriendelijke, hulpvaardige mensen. Prachtige omgeving!
