The staff were very nice,the room was very small no room to open wardrobe,or go past the other person.we expected there to be hand wash ,shower gel,shampoo. There was only half a toilet roll.the furniture was very worn.But for the price and the convenience of being so close to Paddington station good.Its was ok for a night stay but could not stay in the room for longer.

Room was nice and breakfast was good … however on check in i was told i had to provide ID ( first time for any london hotel) and the check in staff refered to my partner ( in front of her ) as her twice !!

I booked this last minute when another hotel booking fell through. All I knew was that I liked the area it was in and needed a place to sleep but I was so pleasantly surprised by how nice and cute it was. Highly recommend for solo travelers!

The most accomodating hotel we have ever experienced in out our travels! Everyone, without exception, went overboard to make our stay perfect. It would take me several pages to state everything the staff did to make our visit to London the very best it could be! Our best to the entire staff for making 2 American seniors feel like family! We would suggest that anyone visiting London could do no better than stay at Bermonds Locke Hotel on Tower Bridge Road in East London. Finally, we just have to say a special "thank you " to Sam for the most wonderful iced coffee for my lady and the perfect roasted cup of morning coffee Ihave ever had...

Rooms were quite small but expected in the heart of London. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
