"There were very rude and aggressive people smoking outside making threats. Maybe long term residents. This was more like a hostel and the staff were rude and aggressive too. Food was nothing but spaghetti bolognaise and they said the menu on the wall very old. A disgusting place with a disgusting attitude. I WILL NOT RETURN NO USE EXPEDIA AGAIN. I even put into the filter free parking but was charged £6.50 at reception. And ANPR meant i HAD TO PAY OR GET A FINE BY THE TIME I REACHED RECEPTION."
