"Our stay was great. Room was clean and a/c worked great. Property was clean and well kept. The Restaurant in the Resort, Hanna Cafe, needs to be looked at by management, service was extremely slow. The restaurant was not full and it was breakfast time, one in our party of 4 did not get all of her breakfast because service was slow and we had to go. Other than that our stay was Fine. Thank you!"

"Delicious breakfast! Beautiful spacious, immaculately clean room with separate sleeping and living room areas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had the chance to swim in both the indoor and the outdoor pools!! Excellent experience! The Laurel staff, for our breakfast, provided excellent service! The pool staff are also helpful and welcoming, as well as the front desk staff! You feel relaxed here, so you can truly enjoy your vacation! I highly recommend The Grand America."

"We had a bit of a problem getting through to front desk and maintainance man didnt show up at all after waiting 2.5 hours. Went down to front desk next morning and KAREN was an amazing fixed our problems and was very generous in offering extras. Have never stayed here however bcuz of Karen’s extremely kind and helpful nature will be back!!!!"
