"The location of the hotel was amazing. Just in front of the tower bridge. Perfect view. The room and amenities are basic and tired. No air cond during the summer month was terrible! Anyway we stay out from the room from 09:00-21:00, too stuffy to spend time in room."

"This hotel has a convenience location and great view looking south, but the lobby and restaurant music are too blasting to walk through there with peace. When I asked politely if it could be turned down a little, I was told, "No, we want it for 'the atmosphere'" (the message from the manager). So I don't recommend staying here unless you are already a little deaf."

"It’s a very well located hotel. Many good bars and restaurants and Kondon attractions are within walking distance. Once you enter the hotel and your room it is so quiet. On my last visit I had the best nights sleep in a long time."

"The facilities were very good and clean, very modern and it’s a great location. The pod is fine if all you intend on doing is sleeping as it is very small but this isn’t a problem. The only problem I had is the QR code. Mine wouldn’t work and I was waiting about half an hour for the staff to fix it. Eventually the staff gave me some random QR code and said this would be fine, as opposed to me getting sent one. So then I was paranoid all night (because I left a couple times, also going to the toilet because you need to exit the pod and preferably lock it behind you) that this QR code would stop working. Because the man who gave it to me, said try getting one through the website later, even though this still wasn’t working. Ideally if the system doesn’t work there should be a better way of doing things. Not to mention there isn’t meant to be a checking desk so idk what I’d have done if there was no staff there. Aside from the paranoia and having to wait half an hour (which was frustrating as I just wanted to get to my pod) the stay was perfectly fine and I was impressed with the cleanliness and how futuristic the facilities were. I would definitely stay here again, although I’d hope that the check in issue was fixed."

"Loved everything about this place. The staff, the accommodation, the location. It is close to the Tube. Wonderful amenities and perks. The restaurant was amazing for breakfast and dinner. Will definitely hope to be back."
