Great pillows. Clean and tidy. Staff were all really friendly which were house keeping, reception bar & restaurant. Made us feel very well come. "

"Went to see band in Carlisle so only stayed one night. Staff were very helpful and friendly - had to ring for directions to car park. Room was lovely, spacious with view of main street. Recommended!"

"The only small issues we faced were a hard bed, a bath that was difficult to have a bath in, and the door to get in had a high lip making it painful to get over in the wheelchair"

"We loved our time at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had a medical issue and needed help, the receptionist couldn’t have been more sympathetic and helpful, thank you! Great parking facility. Supermarket 5 minutes walk if needed Room was lovely, everything we needed. Easy to find location wise and not too far from city centre .Breakfasts were excellent.. best of all our hotels so far. Lovely pub right across the road, great for dinner or a few drinks. Thoroughly recommend this hotel."
