"The room was super dusty, clearly things are not being wiped down. There was toothpaste on the top of the toilet. The tongs for the ice were nasty with maybe mustard on them. There was rice on the balcony railing. Overall gross."

"It took me 25 minutes to check in. There was a long line of people trying to check in around 3:30 and only 3 people checking people in of 8 check-in terminals. However, around 3:50, a group of people started to arrive and opened up the remaining terminals which moved things along. The elevators were interesting…they had Digital Touch screens which required a couple of try’s to figure out….I watched many people having the same problem figuring them out….however, it was a quick learning curve and actually very easy to use along with the security feature of having to swipe your room key to activate the elevator. The room was very clean and modern. Finally, the cherry blossom trees inside the hotel were spectacular!! All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely return in the future."

"I felt that the staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all. The man who stayed there at the night shift had a huge attitude problem and spoke with extreme arrogance. Will not be returning. The hotel had a weird smell and the amenities are super outdated. The hotel is very run-down. Do not let the pictures fool you."

"Did get to stay at my hotel was mover to a worse hotel with no notice. Will not book here again and very disappointed with this travel app for not letting me know ahead of time . I was supposed to be in a hotel attached to fallsview so my wife and I would not have to go outside to get to the concert venue, we packed expecting to not have to be in the cold then were moved to a hotel further away called the Hyatt and had no say about it. Terrible service ,no room service , 2 of the 5 elevators were out of service so anytime I want to use one it was a 5 to 10 min wait going up or down 👎👎👎parking cost a fortune. Do not stay here"
