The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of tea and coffee in our room. The landlady was lovely and helped us to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Stay

Me and the better half had a 2 night stay at the white lodge b&b. Jean the owner was a lovely lady and a great host, breakfast was amazing on both days and we were waited on by Sydney who was very efficient and friendly. Room was great and very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be going back !

The Landlady is brilliant makes you so well nothing is to much..breakfast is one of the best ive had so much variety and so fresh, the decor is to die for...room was clean and well stocked the bed was huge comfortable and plenty of pillows....i cant fault the place and will be returning.

Great place to stay if you are in Great Yarmouth. Really good service from Jean. Had a great time, really would recommend this place to stay. Excellent breakfast too.

This hotel is great! Jean and her staff run a great place and it is ideally situated just a short walk from Great Yarmouth town center. The breakfast is great, with a lot of choice and is of great quality. The rooms and beds are both clean and comfy, offering a great place to relax when not out and about. And, the hotel is spotless, with a great living room to relax if if you prefer that to sitting in the bedroom during the day. I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking for somewhere in the area. Classy and comfortable art deco b&b run by a very kind, hardworking host. Thoughtful decor, great breakfast, and a quiet location in the northern part of the town, directly across from the beach (and Venetian Waterways) and with views to the sea. Easy access to buses up and down the coast or a 20 or so minute walk to the train. Likely the nicest place in town.

We had amazing stay... it was my fiancees birthday treat and jean left a card and box of chocolates in our room and happy birthday banner.. jean was the perfect host breakfast was very good and filling the room was immaculate as was everywhere we went within the property... jean obviously works super hard to make sure her guest are comfortable and happy nothing seemed too much for her... very very good stay would absolutely recommend.. many thanks

Jean is a very good host and has a beautiful house. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Her staff are superb. Our only criticism is that the breakfast slightly let it down. I would rather have waited for the hot food, rather than it be ready to serve. Eggs always overcooked. Quality of the food excellent.

Home from home

Couldn't have wished for a more fantastic stay. Jean couldn't have done any more than she did. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. Beautiful bed and lovely soft towels. Breakfast everything you wanted. Delicious cooked breakfast. Nothing was any trouble.
