Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, All Suite Resort - All Inclusive

"Overall, the experience was amazing. Great staff mostly, good rooms, good food, and lots of activities and options. There were mostly positives, with just a few notable annoyances. It was good, but a few things felt like cultural differences or outright disrespect. Positives: We arrived late, and check-in was not overly complicated. The staff were helpful. De Leon showed us around and was very thorough. He welcomed us and made us feel comfortable. Our cleaning staff was good, changed sheets, and always brought clean towels. The pool concierge was friendly and Lennot was always good to see and very accommodating. Our butler Edwardo was absolutely amazing. Very helpful, always checked in on us, and responded fast to the few things we asked about. He really made sure we were taken care of and got things scheduled and worked out for us. The buffet options were good. The steakhouse and sushi both had great food. Coffee show was decent. All the bars had good options. Negatives: Sometimes things were not right to order. With the cabana, we didn’t get exactly what was listed, and when we brought it up, the server smiled and shook his head, which felt condescending. It would be good for them to have a checklists. Room service orders were sometimes wrong. At the sushi place, the food was great and our server Eliomar was very nice. However, the manager, J. Poche, was rude and practically forced us to write a review at the end of the meal. That was disrespectful."
