"Great hotel, did have a termite invasion last night but other than that great stay. Restaurants were ok, the best was the cafe by the beach, but would definitely go back"

"Overall our one night stay was great from the welcoming staff and refreshing fruit punch on arrival to lounging by the pool and the dining service of Damion. The quinoa salad and snapper catch of the day were divine. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom is well appointed. The balcony view was beautiful and the sound of crashing waves was very calming. Of note, the only negative was that one elevator was out of service and the other was not operational from the ground floor. The staff had to walk up the stairs to 1st floor to being the elevator down to Ground floor. We would stay here again. "

"Landsay he is awesome! He did everything its possible to make my stay the best in St Kitts! I have been here for 2 weeks but most time i traveled, went to Saba, Statia with Ferry, to Puerto Rico with flight , and of course when i was here i went to Nevis , the beach its amazing there, the ferry 2 minutes walk from this hotel , so everything was great!!! Just having my last beer here on the balcony;)"

"Ideally located to many restaurants, activities and Timothy Hill Beach. Service from staff is exceptional. Accommodation is comfortable however the infrastructure is a bit dated and when there is sargassum on the beach, the smell is overwhelming. We had a garden room so only affected by it when we went to the pool closer to the sea. "

"Great overall with amenities; gym, restaurants pool and beach areas, where you could swim!! (Great clearing the seaweed from the beach daily!!). More importantly the staff was excellent!! Would definitely go back for a relaxing vacation. "

"The location was perfect. Close to the bus terminal ferry terminal and my dive boat. Plenty of eating options. Everything was a 5 to ten minute walk. The room was very nice. New tile on the floor and in the whole bathroom. Plenty of hot water. T v worked fine. I got to watch free movies on youtube channel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He helped me do a load of laundry for free. There was a supermarket downstairs from the hotel. Perfect!"

"We had the most incredible week at Koi Villa celebrating with our family and closest friends! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.The staff were truly superb. Our concierge, Ms. Keneshia, and Mr. Gaurav, the F&B manager, were completely on top of every detail and made sure our stay was seamless and special. The food was absolutely phenomenal and so tastey! Every single person we encountered at the resort was exceptionally kind and welcoming.The house itself is gorgeous and incredibly spacious, perfect for a large family. Each bedroom having its own en-suite made everything so comfortable, and we never felt on top of one another. The backyard and the views truly speak for themselves: simply breathtaking!St. Kitts as a whole took our breath away. It’s a stunning, quiet, and serene island filled with the warmest, kindest people.Thank you Koi Resort, for making our family vacation so memorable. We will cherish this trip forever!!"
