Fantastic family hotel!
Just a fantastic stay! I have never felt so relaxed heading home from a holiday. Out check-in was under 10 mins, we received an upgrade to an amazing room with a better plunge pool. This is a family run hotel, so there is that personal touch, which was incredibly warm and friendly. It was not busy when we were there so plenty of subbed on the beach and around the pools, which were cleaned every day. Our room was cleaned perfectly and always had clean beach towels every day, by the lovely Olga. Loved this hotel and we will definitely go back, hopefully next year.

Really a great place. More than exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful (offered to help with our luggage when they walked by us when we were leaving). They rooms were clean, and well maintained. Public areas were clean and well maintained. The pools were great. The close proximity to the beach as well as the free use of beach lounges were a definite plus. The breakfast buffet while not expansive, was excellent. Since it is family owned and they were actually working there, they went out of way to ensure that everything was good. While there were a few minor irritants, listing them would be nit picking. If we ever go back to Santorini we will definitely stay here again.

The service was exceptional. I was greeted when i got dropped off. I was giving a tour of the property and not just pointing out where things were. Our room was upgraded and awesome. The beach was right there with plenty od lounges. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance and some shops. It has 2 beautiful pools, good breakfast, etc. It's location is quiet. Highly recommend the hotel.

Anastasia Princess was terrific. For those who are looking for a secluded and peaceful experience in Santorini, we highly recommend this location. We loved the vibe, the accessibility of the beach and dining options, and the connections to other services like private vans and vehicle rentals. Smaragda and her staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, too. Our only complaints about our stay would be that our tap/shower water was salty (though this is apparently not uncommon in Santorini and other island destinations), and that our bathroom had a residual smell (but that may have just been in our room). Otherwise, everything else was terrific. We also highly recommend the massages offered - they are some of the best we ever had. We definitely recommend Anastasia Princess!

We spent 2 weeks traveling in Greece and this was our favorite hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful and spacious. Two wonderful pools. Beach access right across the street. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurant options right outside. Easy walk to the bus. I would have spent my entire vacation here!!

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in Santorini at this beautiful hotel. The staff was truly amazing, friendly, helpful and more. Emerald greeted us when we arrived and took care of all our planning needs for our stay. She recommended amazing restaurant choices and was able to set up all reservations and transportations for each night. The beach staff were also very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The food and drinks were delicious at the hotel. This hotel was very modern and kept very clean. The staff works extremely hard all day long as they all perform many functions around the hotel. The owner Stavros is always around greeting his guest and helping his team as needed. The owner is very committed to creating a great atmosphere for all his guest and staff. This family owned business was a pleasure to stay at and I recommend it to all. Best vacation spot I have ever visited.

Worth the money.
The hotel was just what we wanted - the room (43) was the perfect size - small kitchenette, spacious room with bed and two large sofas (ideal to lounge on out of the sun) and bathroom with a walk in shower. All looks fresh and clean. Large balcony where we had the sun until 8pm. The hotel now has a beach front so you can use the sun beds without cost, they provide you with named towels so staff know you are staying there. Two pools although limited beds - it was relatively quiet when we were there so not an issue. Very helpful staff and on check out we were able to leave our bags in reception. They have facilities for you to use if leaving later in the day - two different areas of showers/toilets. They will provide you with fresh towels to use. Breakfast was varied and constantly topped up; local delicacies, eggs and bacon (sausages are frankfurter type), Greek and fruit salad, toast and condiments, croissants and cakes. We were in Heaven.

Absolutely charming! Right on a black sand beach (with a private lounge area on the beach) in a super fun part of the island….tons of fun restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are beautifully and creatively decorated. But the real treasure is the staff. Wow! It’s family owned, and everyone was so genuinely welcoming and hospitable that it made our stay memorable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Anastasia Princess very much! The staff were extremely attentive. They assisted us in planning activities, made terrific recommendations and arrangements. A beautiful boutique hotel, superbly decorated with super friendly owners. On arrival greeted by the owners who were extremely helpful, showed us around and to our room. Breakfast good variety of food for the size of hotel and the owners look after you. Accommodation:- We had a superior studio pool view room which was extremely clean and attractive with a small extra sitting area inside the room and a small patio area outside overlooking the pool. The room included a safe, fridge, kettle and utensils. Amenities - shampoo/conditioner. Location: - Adult only hotel just one street back from the sea front of Perissa and walk-able to most of the restaurants in the area. The beach has black volcanic granular sand. The hotel has two main pools you can use. Hotel about five minute walk to main road where you can pick up local buses taking you all over the island. Would certainly recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the noise of the beach front. • One issue was the internet did not work well when lying on the bed but worked with no problems in the sitting area.

Average hotel close to the beach (cooperation with lokal restaurant so sunbeds are free which was great). Staff was nice and tried to be helpful, check-in was disappointing as we had to wait for 20 minutes for our room to be ready (already after official check-in and not even glass of water was offered to us) and the room was not according yo our expectations. Also cleaning lady simply barged in with some guest to “look for something” - without knocking, simply opened the door after we were already checked-in (luckily still dressed!). Luckily we could exchange for another one - nothing special though. Breakfast was okay (average) except for the horrible artificial orange juice, could use some whole fresh fruits and better variety. Towels should all be thrown out and exchanged for new ones - all were either ripped or had stains…should not be happening. Hotel has 2 nice pools but pretty much no shade so there is no use of them during the day.

Thank you so much for your feedback. Really strange to see the word 'average' for the top hotel of Perissa beach. We would like to insist you that you should not be dissappointing for the late check in (only 20 minutes) through Covid Period, as we have to folow all the new cleaning regulations. We would like to inform you that our breakfast makes the difference in the whole area according to the 100% reviews (except yours) for the special handmade greek products. We cant beleive of course that your towles were ripped as we gaurantee that all towels are new every year. Please be sure that we really look after the quality of all our products that have to do with the hygiene service. Also We insist you to check the pools rank in all the booking engines that shows our pools the most comfortable all the day. Thank you though that you had the time to provide feedback for our Team and our Residence.

Wonderful stay at the perfect resort
There is not much else to say about this hotel/resort other than using just one word: exceptional. A gracious, caring hotel staff, wonderful breakfast, beautiful, cozy pool with an accommodating gym below. The rooms are clean, simple, spacious and quaint - everything you need for a perfect, tranquil stay in Santorini. I cannot reiterate how much effort the staff puts into your stay. They are passionate about you having the best possible stay, and they stop at nothing to assure you will. My only regret is, I didn’t stay longer.

If you are on the fence about booking here, go ahead and book. The place is lovely. The family is great. I am here by myself and they upgraded me to a room right next to the office. I feel very safe and well looked after. There’s some great things to see on this side of the island and the owners can help you book anything you want to do. It’s peaceful and close to several restaurants and a couple of stores on the beach road. Highly recommend this place.

Ripping of clients during Covid
Because of the Covid pandemic, my blog friend and I were forced to cancel our trip to Greece. All the other hotels we had booked at provided us a credit or refund given the extenuating circumstances. This hotel was the only one who refused to even acknowledge my emails, messages and requests and kept sending my confirmations of my impending checkin even though I’d made every attempt to get in touch. Obviously their customers safety and satisfaction are not their first priority.

Dear guests. Such an unfair feedback for our residence as we look after and treat our guest the last 20 years with the most amazibg way according to their safety and satisfaction. Such an unfair also from you to say this during the pandemic period, as we totally understand the concern of all our guests that they were forced to cancel or to move the bookings for the next year. We helped all our guests to cancel without penalty fees or to move the bookings the next year without pay extra. If we didnt notice your email for cancelation request we are really apologize.We asure you if you come in touch again, to help you as we can to be satisfied. Please be sure that for all these forced cancelled bookings we didnt receive any payment yet before we know the final choosing dates of our guests. The payments been proceeded though Expedia but we dont chanrge the Expedia collect vitual card yet unti we know the final booking condition. WHAT CAN I SAY BUT WAS BEYOND ALL EXPECTATIONS FROM THE LOVELY GREEK STYLE VIA THE SUPER FRIENDLY FAMILY AND THE STAFF THAT LOOKED AFTER OUR EVERY NEED FROM MORE THAT 1 GIN & TONIC !!!!, TO GIVING US VERY GOOD INFO ABOUT TRIPS ( TO SEE THE BEST SUNSET ALSO CATAMARAN CRUISE ) & LOCAL RESTAURANTS I CAN ONLY SAY NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE TO BE SORTED EVEN DOWN TO GETTING US 4 CANS OF THE VERY SPECIAL TOMATO PASTE !!!. I HAVE TRAVELLED MANY PLACES IN THE WORLD BUT THIS LUXURY RESIDENCE IS TO MY MIND ONE OF THE ALL ROUND BEST WE HAVE STAYED AT. ALL FOUR OF US ON THIS HOLIDAY FELT THE SAME!!!.
