Beautiful hotel on the pick of the Hills with gorgeous views to the ocean and the Calderas, breakfast was delicious and the staff is very friendly and courteous with great service and attention. Very clean and spacious rooms, we had a great stay and wished we could’ve stay longer. We highly recommend this place!

The property is outstanding. The service was incredible with lively staff that were so helpful during our stay. Anthony and Elizabeth, in particular, we amazing. They arranged transportation, dining options and excursions. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and will be back!

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms and grounds are pristine. Perfect location and views. No need to leave the hotel to find a spot to watch the sunset. Breakfast was amazing and hotel staff was excellent! Highly recommend!

They make you feel VIP. Great welcome and perfect location. Staff friendly especially George. Constructive comments would be that the jetted tub in our room was cold water. Would be great to have a way to warm it. If I knew i would not have booked that type of room. Offer a variety of pillows.

The staff and management were very accommodating and went out of their way on so many occasions. This property has the best views of the ocean and the town of Fira. It sits high on the hill and if you can get a suite with a small infinity private pool than its absolutely the best view one can ask for. The manager always sent someone with us to meet our taxi as the taxi cannot get there. A lot of places in Fira do not have car access and you must walk a little to meet the taxi. They made sure we did not get lost and also negotiated the fee as they know what it should cost. The taxis do not use meters so the price should be discussed before getting in. Our room was clean, spacious, nice shower and comfortable bed and pillows. We highly recommend this property.

The physical plant of property itself is beautiful. We had two rooms for our group of 4. The suite was expansive. The finishes in the bathrooms were inferior compared to other areas of the hotel. This could normally be excused except for the fact that the floors, which carried through into the shower, were extremely slippery when wet. We had a few near misses, which constituted a real safety hazard. Even if the dangerous floor in the bathroom could be excused, the behavior of the staff could not. I will spare the details but several of them are rude, condescending, even confrontational. We just could not wait to get out of there after two days. Also, the property contracts with a very expensive taxi company and they are completely unapologetic about this. If you decide to stay at this place despite the fact that they treat guests so poorly, you will do better finding your own transportation.

We regret to hear about your experience as it falls short of the high standards we strive to provide. We certainly understand the importance of providing top notch service to all our guests. As you do not make any reference so we can address the issues of your dissappointment and our interactions were minimal, we would suspect that your dissapointment would emerge from our hesitation to open a umbrella on a sunny yet windy sun terrace on your second day, whereas we were able to open them on your departure morning. On windy days in Santorini, we are obliged to take hard decisions that might momentarily disappoint guests in order to secure their safety. We apologize if that caused any inconvenience during your stay at our hotel. Concerning the wet floor in the bathroom we offer specially designed floor mats to avoid any such accident. We would also like to inform you that we are not contracted or affiliated with any taxi company, thus we have no say in the prices of a taxi transfer. Taxis are independent in Santorini and have fixed rates to all destinations.We regret to hear that your experience was not up to your expectations, we hope to improve our services and offerings. We hope that we have another opportunity to host you in the future and to deliver an experience that aligns with our reputation.

Best place in Thira
The moment we got to the hotel the staff was so nice and friendly. We had left our passports on Paros and George and Anthony helped us by calling our Paros hotel and arranging our passports to come by ferry the next day. The hotel is in the perfect location in Thira and has a beautiful pool and bar with amazing views! The breakfast was the best we had in Greece. We would definitely stay here again, 5 Star service!!

Excellent location with awesome views and accessibility to all points of attraction. There’s a 5-10min from your pick up or drop off point but they have their staff to carry the luggage. Anthony, Elizabeth and George (front office) were very helpful. We will be staying there the next time we visit as well. Already recommended to friends and family.

Our first trip to Santorini was in early May and I am so glad we booked this property. It's location is on the caldera, which is probably the biggest draw to Santorini. The hotel is small, clean, very well appointed with a grand view. The entire staff is friendly and attentive. We would only eat breakfast at the hotel, but every dish and coffee drink we had was delicious. The hotel is near the shops, restaurants, and bars, but far enough where the foot traffic won't bother as you enjoy the view from the property. The only negative I can think of would be for those who would have trouble walking up and down steps and steep grades. This is because the hotel can only be reached by foot. But I must add, the hotel staff will haul your luggage to and from the property. If we return to Santorini, I'm pretty sure we will be booking this property again. One more thing, although it is a small hotel, they have a variety of rooms available. So if you want to get the room you really desire, you must book early!

Stellar view and service was wonderful
The property is in a nice location between Fira and Imerovigli. The staff was very supportive and helpful. The location is stellar. We had a property with a balcony that overlooks the caldera. When I come back to Santorini, I will definitely consider this place again.

Where do I start! This was an absolutely amazing hotel. it's small, family owned and gorgeous! The location is amazing, the view is worth every penny. The staff are constantly go above and beyond. From reception, to house keeping, to bar and restaurant staff, everyone was just delightful! I can't say enough about this hotel! 10/10 would recommend and hopefully will be able to go back one day!

Marvelous location high up on the cliff has a great view of the bay and caldera. Being a bit up from the main areas of Fira meant less foot traffic also. The incredibly accommodating and helpful staff can’t be ignored, but fantastic breakfasts, steps from our room, on the patio overlooking the bay was the best!

PERFECT SPOT
We had a FABULOUS stay at Anteliz Suites. We rented the 3 bedroom villa and it exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view. It was in an excellent location, quiet but close walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was a great size, with 3 good size bedrooms with there own bathrooms. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Santorini. The breakfast was excellent each morning, with an amazing view. All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating. You will love it here!

Where to begin… Outstanding communication prior to arriving. They were able to organise transport from the airport direct to the hotel. We were then met on arrival and escorted to the hotel where we met by the awesome George. He made us feel so welcome straight away. Welcome drinks on the terrace and then to the room. Quite possibly the best room with a view I have ever stayed in. Amazing service throughout our stay. Nothing ever too much trouble. Anteliz Suites absolutely deserves the rating and will not disappoint you.

Even my son commented how incredible the customer service was. George and everyone else at the hotel couldn't have been more accommodating! Even when we checked out but wanted to leave our bags they were helpful in allowing us to come back to the hotel and change and to arrange a transfer to the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anteliz Suites! We loved that it was just outside of the busy area of Fira, but in close walking distance to it. We absolutely LOVED our view from our room! Great place to catch Santorini's beautiful sunsets. The staff are very professional and helpful! We would highly recommend it!

The view from the hotel was amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very courteous. My daughter and I were unable to get a taxi at 10 pm because no taxis take credit cards. I had accidentally left euros in the hotel. I called the hotel and Elizabeth at the reception was kind enough to arrange a taxi pick up and the driver yergos also was nice that he did not want me to come back from the hotel to the parking lot to pay him the same night but the following day.

The Anteliz is the perfect place to stay in Santorini. Extraordinary views, a short walk into Fira Town, a fabulous pool, great bar, nice restaurant terrace, and spacious room. But the best part is the staff — Anthony and his team are kind, attentive, and beyond helpful. My advice is to ask them for any help you need on the island, with everything from taxis to restaurant reservations to recommendations. They have your back the whole time. A perfect sized hotel that makes it easy to meet folks, or have a very private getaway. LGBT friendly and incredibly welcoming 💙
