This property is at a prime location with great views to the caldera and in the central of Fira. The property is very nice, clean, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. There are many shops and restaurants from a quick bite to a elegant.

This may be the best experience we’ve had at a hotel. The service was comparable to a 5 star hotel in the US. The room was amazing, amenities wonderful, the views spectacular and right in the center of Fira. Did I mention the service? 10 out of 10!

The suite was amazing with the best views of the caldera. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. All staff were very helpful and friendly. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The suite was very clean and the beds super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Amazing hotel
Really enjoyed our stay there, shame it was only one night. We had a premier suite with tub and it felt quite private. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. There was one bed downstairs and another one upstairs. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, and served on the balcony. The view from the balcony is just gorgeous. We are now staying for 2 nights at Homeric Poems and despite being more expensive is nowhere as good as Enigma. I would love to book there again as it’s just perfect!

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. From the moment we walked into the door until time to depart everything was excellent. It is a gorgeous property with stunning views. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and bed was comfortable. The delicious breakfast was delivered to our suite each morning. Welcome and goodbye drinks were yummy. I couldn’t think of anything more we could want. Can’t wait to go back.

So Good it deserves more than 5 Stars
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at period. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They accommodated every request with no hassle. The pictures don’t do it justice, because it’s WAYYY better than the pictures. The location is spot on, people trying to get pictures at the entrance because the location is so good. The room was perfect with great views and excellent facilities. Would 100% recommend and would stay again if ever visiting Santorini again. Extremely impressed. Excellent hotel and would happily give more than 5 stars if possible.

The Enigma Suites team was phenomenal! From helping to set up airport transfers to daily hand-delivered customized breakfasts to organizing daily outings reservations and other suggestions our experience was second to none. The stunning views are complemented well by the attentive professional mask wearing and kind staff. Specifically Chrisa made our stay especially memorable by delivering a surprise birthday cake which was not only accompanied by a handwritten card but also tasted AMAZING!! The drinks are excellent well priced and enjoyed best while soaking in the hot tub at sunset. We had high expectations based on the reviews we saw beforehand but they absolutely shattered them. For example, we were leaving for an early morning flight and would be missing breakfast but they were sure to provide us with food the night before! The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with designer toiletries from Molton Brown. Bottled water and nespresso is complimentary. The room design and comfort is excellent (well suited for the gram!) Choose Enigma Suites for your stay and you will not be disappointed!

Where to begin. I guess let's start with the VIEW. This hotel has one of the most spectacular views I have ever seen. The only word to describe it is - breathtaking. The photos in my review do not do it justice. The hotel is small, very clean and beautiful. It is at the side of the cliffs in Santorini, so there are some steep stairs to climb - but that is all part of Santorini itself. We booked room number 1. Now keep an open mind, since you enter this room from the reception desk. That's right, behind/adjacent to the reception desk area, is the door to your room. It is a duplex room, with an upstairs seating area and a living room, bedroom, toilet/bathroom, and outdoor balcony. But despite it being so close to reception desk, we did not hear any noise at all. Again, it is the most amazing view I have ever seen. No exaggerations. The room itself was white stone, almost carved into the side of the cliff - I actually think it was. But that was part of the beauty and charm. The hotel is a small boutique hotel, which allowed for a personalized experience there. The service is beyond reproach. Chresa at the front desk was absolutely amazing. We had been communicating and I informed her that our boat was delayed. Upon check in we were absolutely surprised and blown away, that she had taken the liberty in booking an amazing restaurant for us in case we were hungry after our long journey. She also shared many different tips to explore the area and other restaurant choices.

Spectacular view of the Caldera in Fira. Steps outside the hotel are shops, restaurants, and a 5-minute walk to a clinic for Covid testing, if needed to return back home. Breakfast delivered to your suite daily at the time you designate up to 11am. The front desk can arrange private transfers to the airport, the port for those arriving/departing by ferry, or to take you to the lovely town of Oía about 30 minutes away. We loved our stay here, and would definitely return.

This hotel is amazing. Chrisa at the front desk makes you feel like family. Whatever you need, she is there. Dinner reservations, tour suggestions, shopping advice, literally anything you need Chrisa is there to help. And the bellman are also awesome - they carry your bags up and down the stairs like they are carrying a couple feathers. The room was amazing and the staff was equally as amazing. Can’t wait to come back and visit!

Highly recommended. Location: The location is amazing. There are so many restaurants around. Room: We enjoyed the famous sunset from our room. Sitting in the terrace and watching the sunset was just amazing! Breakfast was served in the terrace. The staff who brought us breakfast was very polite and nice. The room was clean and tidy. Fantastic place to stay if your visiting Santorini, perfect location in the centre of Fira without outstanding views. Rooms are fresh and modern, we had a room with a private jacuzzi and terrace, the view was to die for, we had our breakfast overlooking the Caldera every morning. This place is very central and walking distance (2-3 mins) to great restaurants, bars, and shopping area. The Enigma Team were very great, friendly, and hospitable. This place is literally a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were so well taken care of by Penny and the team and there was nothing they wouldn't have done to make sure our stay was incredible. The room was so stylishly appointed and comfortable, and the views are to die for. In fact, the room was so lovely that we hardly wanted to leave and spent a large portion of our time just hanging out in the spa soaking in the view. That said, the property is so well located that you're right in the heart of Fira and just a step away from everything you might need, as well as close to the bus station if you want to explore the rest of the island. Penny was always helpful with recommendations of places to eat and sights to see. I cannot recommend Enigma Suites highly enough and we're already planning our return possibly even later this summer given how amazing it was. Thanks so much to Penny and the team for a wonderful stay!

From beginning to end, this boutique hotel was amazing and highly recommended. We arrived before dawn and the hotel staff transferred us and made a cappuccino in the cafe, while we waited on the sun to rise (beautiful). Jenny and Penny at the front desk were a pleasure and catered to every need. They really make the hotel special. We stayed in room 1. It has an upstairs sitting area/couch, stairs to the lower area with another sitting area, bed, separate bath. It was great size for us and at the top of the hotel, which was perfect for my pregnant wife. The view from this room’s balcony is why you come to Santorini. There are people all around above the hotel trying to get the same view you’ll have all day and at sunset. It is also one of the more private balconies. I could look down on some others. The included breakfast is also very delicious and a treat on a shaded balcony each morning. 5 stars. Not worth the extra money staying at the 1000 euro a night places.

Best choice for Fira !
Excellent location! We arrived, and received a welcome drink and have a lovely bottle of wine in our room. They are so welcoming and we absolutely loved our stay. We chose a studio sweet and in the future wood probably stay in the larger suite. The only problem we had is that our suite was right below the restaurant so tended to be a bit noisy. It was minor though. The views are breath taking and you are right in the heart of Fira. What sets this place apart from others are the amazing staff. The nicest and most helpful people you will ever meet ! When you add in the delicious breakfasts and the goodbye drinks , we didn’t want to leave !
