Supposed to get welcome drink and sparkling wine but did not. Also did not get room upgrade. We arrived quite late at night due to bad weather delays we so thought that we maybe would get it from receptionist next morning but did not. View is amazing and makes everything else worth it. We were in a Senior Suite with bed in the loft. Banged our heads on the ceiling several times and I am only 1.6m tall. Jacuzzi was in a sheltered and private spot so much better than other rooms where it was exposed to everyone walking past. Balcony also not overlooked by others. So quite happy with the room anyway. Jacuzzi temperature couldn’t be adjusted higher. Stuck at 32 degrees. Room got quite warm despite adjusting the air con lower and we didn’t sleep well the second night. Finally got up to open the windows to let in some cool air. Rental car company recommended by hotel ended up with some hidden charges. Would have been cheaper booking through Expedia.

Dear Hui Ling,We would like to thank you for your recent stay at our boutique hotel,The complimentary drinks where offered at the front desk once you arrive,Thank you for mantioning the privacy of our suites,The jacuzzi temperature can be up to 35 degrees celsius and never complained about the hot tub at the front desk.The aircondition are having all the necessary settings during your stay.in case that you do not need it you can just turn it off,especially the time of the year that you have stayed,the environment temperature was between 15-21 degrees.Thank you once again for staying with us ,

We stayed 3 nights at this property and were impressed with level of care and concern shown. The staff were very friendly and very responsive to any concerns we had. The property was very accessible to downtown and many popular viewing spots. Although we visited when much of Santorini was closed, we noticed many attractions very close to the property. Great experience overall.

We had a wonderful stay at the senior suite. Everything is just perfect. The balcony has the best ocean view, amazing sunset watching spot at your own private balcony. Our private hot tub is tucked away from the balcony. You can still enjoy the ocean view, but no one can see you. The mattress is super amazing. Water pressure is great. And you have a great breakfast menu to choose from daily, plus they deliver the breakfast to your room. The hotel is in the centre of Fira, but you don’t hear any noise. It’s a quiet oasis in the middle of shopping paradise. If you rent a car, you can park it right across the street. Super convenient. The staffs are all super friendly and helpful. We can’t thank them enough for making our vacation extra wonderful!

Nefeles for the WIN in Santorini
Amazing!! This hotel was close enough to the shopping/restaurant/bar areas yet far enough away for relaxation. Kostas and his entire team at Nefeles made it very welcoming, and went way above our needs. The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff assisted with tips on restaurants/shopping. Booked a few of our excursions, airport transfers, and restaurant reservations. It was an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Santorini. Check out the views/pics.

Amazing view with a private jacuzzi was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spectacular with great views from balcony, bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel is located in the main town of Fira close to alot of restaurants , bars and shops walking distance. Even though overall it was very clean but I believe they can do slightly better in the cleanliness of the rooms.

Off to a rough start with this property upon arrival had to wait over an hour at ferry port for taxi sent by hotel. Taxi didn’t have AC so ride to hotel was difficult. Room when arrived was very small (cave river jetted tub caldera view) literally hit head on Ceiling several times. Private pool overlooks building immediately in front and restaurant patrons directly ahead- not great and no privacy. Upon speaking with Kostas at reception we were provided the option of upgrading to a suite on the top floor for an upcharge the next day. Happily paid the upcharge to move to a beautiful huge suite with private balcony and pool. Very happy with this option despite the increase in price BUT when i was packing to leave the very next day i noticed that a pair of my diamond earrings went missing from the room. The earrings were stored in box and the box was there but the earrings were not. Would have given a great rating based on service provided by Kostas if property didn’t go missing from room. PROS: close to restaurants/bars/shops reception was very helpful and Kostas always did his best to accommodate for transportation/recommendations. CONS: no peace of mind in room with things being stolen. Taxis are expensive. Long walk upstairs to the rooms since on the cliff. Would have returned if not for theft.

Dear Ms. Somer,We would like to thank you for stay with us and taking the time to write your opinion, Please allow us to clarify the issues.-Indeed that you were waiting at the port for about 30 to 45 minutes due a police control to the driver of the transfer company. We and the manager of the transfer company, talked directly with you in order to explain the situation and apologize in advance for the unfortunate but also rare event. As a compromise, we offered a discount for the arrival transfer while the departure transfer was fully complimentary.-According to the driver, because he had to put some suitcases of yours in the front seat, the ON/OFF AC button was pushed by one of them and closed the AC unit by accident.Unfortunately, the driver didn’t realize it on time. -The special rate for the upgrade was 150 euros per night. We offered you to stay in the Junior Suite with no extra charge,but you denied that and you were interesting only in the most premium room type of our hotel, -You claimed to our night auditor late at night, before your departure, that your earrings were missing from your suite and safe deposit box. You called us back the next day saying that your diamond earrings were missing and that probably we have a thief among us. You wanted to wait, to go back to the states and check again your suitcases, before you accuse someone. After talking with all the maids and checking the villa thoroughly, we informed you on the same day, that unfortunately nothing was found and that it is the first time, as long as we are here, that we have this kind of incident.We kindly advised you to check again her suitcases as we will keep looking into your suite in case we found something.Unfortunately, never find anything in your safe deposit box in the honeymoon villa,Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that we caused you during your stay with us and wish to accommodate you back and we will do our best in order to provide you the real hospitality as always we do!Warmest Regards,The managementNefeles Luxury Suites

Absolutely fantastic stay! We stayed in room 7 - the images do not do these rooms justice. Excellent location right in the heart of town near restaurants and shops but without the noise and hustle of all the nightclubs and bars. Rooms were very tidy and clean. Air conditioning and daily housekeeping made the space very comfortable. Kosta and the other young gentleman who took care of us were extremely helpful and assisted with dining recommendations and reservations, beach and sightseeing recommendations, porter service, daily breakfasts, spa bookings and more. We felt very well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

Cave style rooms with a private hot tub and river pool. Sunset views of the caldera. Breakfast was served in our room. Very friendly staff and helped with arranging our transfers and tours. Fira was a great location since we went in April. For the summer months it would be preferable to stay in Oia or Imerovigli.

Our stay exceeded our already high expectations! The room was beautiful with break taking views. The entire staff went above and beyond. Daily breakfast is customizable, delicious, and provided to your balcony. Location is right in the heart of Fira so walking distances to shops, restaurants, etc. Yet it’s off a secluded path allowing quiet and peacefulness during your stay. Although the hot tub is more warm than hot but still enjoyable with the great view. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Great service but hotel needs some updating
View was unbelievable and the staff were amazing and made us feel very welcomed. The hotel however felt grubby in areas. The hot tub area was dusty and had grease stains on the glass. The mirrors seemed like they are never cleaned. Drains were very smelly. This hotel has so much potential to be spectacular.

Maria was amazing!! Always check with her before reserving anything on the island. She won’t steer you wrong. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking the caldera is beautiful. Staff were very attentive and rooms were clean. Centrally located in Thira so a short walk is all you need for all the good spots. Wear comfortable sneakers as there are ALOT of steps. I have no choice but to stay there again as I ‘pinky promised’ Maria we would come back!!

The hotel is in fantastic location to reach all the bars, restaurants and beautiful shops in Fira. The buses are easy to access to visit other locations. The hotel itself is stunning and built into the cliff side, the rooms are clean, modern and beautifully designed to reflect modern living with traditional Greek architectural style. The staff are outstanding and Maria was such a help during our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay to friends and family as you feel that you have had such a luxury stay.

We visited santorini for my wifes 40th birthday and from the word go, we were treated like royalty! Maria went above and beyond to make the whole experience exceptional. She welcomed us like family and bent over backwards to do everything we asked of her and more. We were in the honeymoon suite and it was amazing. Right in the center of town and the view was outstanding. Thank you so much to Nefelles and especially to Maria for making it the best holiday.

Our Concierge Elizabeth was a wealth of knowledge about the area and recommended incredible restaurants to savor incredible food. Our helper Costas was friendly and hard working and brought us our delicious breakfast every morning to enjoy on our balcony. The views of the Caldera were incredible and we captured many magical sunsets to remember for a lifetime. We highly recommend this venue. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely excellent place to stay at. Walking distance to all the restaurants, clubs, and bars. No need to book expensive restaurants for Caldera view when you stay at this Hotel. Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast had good choice of selection available. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel, super location and wonderful staff
All I can say is we had another hotel booked and for one reason or another we changed to Nefeles Luxury Suites and we were not disappointed! The place is amazing, and the staff were too! the hotel is located close to the the centre of Thira and the cable car/walkway to old port is less than 5 minutes away. A special thank you to Kostas, Fotini, Anteenina, both George's!, Alexia and Irena - we could not have wished for more and will definitely be back! It has a beautiful view of the volcano and sea and can see best sunsets from room . The water was not wArm and was cold in the jacuzzi so was not able to enjoy that as much. Staff is really helpful and breakfast is great. I would choose again to go back to this beautiful property. Location is very nice and right in the downtown.
