"Street signs do not help to locate the property. The entrance does not look even close to the picture you show. Front desk personnel was helpful, especially Jessica. Very unfortunately at our next stop after 4 days at this facility we discovered items missing, specifically money. We did not go back to complain; we had no extra time. Live and learn I guess. "

"Nicola was very helpful with everything. The unit was 3rd floor no elevator…older building; nice renovation . Modern high quality finishes and bathroom fixtures. Big comfortable size compared to London hotel rooms. Did not try the breakfast …. But many restaurant options nearby…Nicola gave us a great restaurant suggestion."

"A lovely continental breakfast with a choice of scrambled eggs and bacon too. A great range of breakfast food too. The kitchen staff are lovely and we had a fantastic dinner in their Michelin guide restaurant. Their selection of wines complements every dish. Our double standard room was a good size, with a modern bathroom. We stayed on the fourth floor with the roof windows as the only source of light. There were several bars nearby and it was a bit noisy at night, so ask for a room on the side. We arrived around 10pm as a group so checking us all into 3 rooms took a while, which wasn't ideal as we were all quite tired after a long journey. But I guess the receptionist did their best. There"

"Great place and great spot. We were very happy. Easy to check in. The front desk manager even called an airport ride for us. Catania is great and we would definitely stay here again. "

"Good and peaceful base for exploring central Catania. No traffic noise as hotel is on a small cul-de-sac. Rooms are large and bathroom in 321 had a full bath. Staff were helpful and friendly. Aircon in our room was not working . Toilet seat had come loose . Bed was large and firm. Overall a decent space . TV was LG and fairly modern. Only had Italian channels."

"Had a great stay of 5 nights, really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The staff here is wonderful, very helpful. The location is perfect very close to city center and easy access to all major attractions and transit. The hotel itself is very beautiful and we enjoyed the breakfast, drinks and time here at hotel and catania. "

"It was our first stay in Sicily. After this property, we visited several other places, so, we now know more about the market. This had clean rooms and friendly staff. However, the property had issues in the bathroom area (signs of mold and terrible smell). The air conditioner was making terrible noise. The bathroom had no heating and that was also contributing to the level of hygiene of the property. The floor was tiled but some tiles were damaged - causing discomfort. Location is very nice and the historical facts of the building are also attractive. Fixing the bathroom, AC and the tiles will certainly bring the place to good level of enjoyment. There are also structural problems of the columns of the entrance staircase that might collapse during the next big earthquake. That is a safety hazard."
