"It is a unique layout, requiring every guest to go up/down @ 15 stairs to get to the level where an elevator is. Area seemed sketchy but did not stop me from walking 3/4 of a block to Burger King at 1 a.m.. Shuttle van was on time with friendly driver. Van itself needed repairs; badly cracked window, door not closed properly, Room was clean, minor material condition issues but fine and basically, for my need of a layover place to nap and shower, it was reasonable value for the money. Front desk clerk was kind, smiled and was calm and gentle under pressure. "

"Great location and helpful owner! Just minutes from JFK, short drive to Flushing Meadows and LaGuardia. Had a good time with extended family. Comfy beds, furniture. Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help. Owner went out of their way to hurry construction/repair, helped with early checkin and had great communication throughout. Easily slept 9 with room to spare, and couches seated the same number too! "
