"We really enjoyed our stay at the Vanderbilt. It is so clean and has great amenities-pool, pool tables/table tennis, restaurant in property. Shopping malls and great dining nearby. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were modern and the entire property was soooo clean!

"We arrived after 2 a.m. from a delayed flight after being charged $75.00 plus a 22% tip from the cab driver for a 15 min drive from the airport, to friendly, accommodating staff member. The room was large, clean and served its purpose for the overnight stay. Would definitely stay again."
"This was a perfectly acceptable airport hotel. And honestly, it's one of the only airport hotels around JFK that is somewhat reasonably priced, IMO. The airport shuttle was super efficient and convenient. The front desk attendant even went through and specially made sure that everyone who signed up for the shuttle at that time was there. I would book again, no question. "

"Charming house with modern amenities. Check in was easy. Communication with property management is fast. We didn’t use kitchen much but has everything needed for cooking. Easy Wi-Fi access. Bathroom with bidet and modern shower. Location is walking distance to UBS arena and close to LaGuardia & JFK airports. Highly recommend. Would definitely book again. "

None of the emails or digital systems they use like early check in were working, but it’s was very clean and well appointed and is return. "

"I never got to stay at property. The host texted me 4 days prior to my stay to offer me another property. There was already 1 bad review but I didn’t think there would be any issues. I don’t think a short should be allowed to offer other properties outside of the Vrbo system. It took many hours on the phone but I finally was refunded my money. This was a horrible experience. "

"I booked this home for the weekend of my wedding, and it was the perfect choice. We used it as a space to get ready before the big day, and it worked out beautifully. The host was kind enough to allow us an early check-in and was very responsive throughout the stay. The house looks exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and comfortable. It easily accommodated 10 of us, with plenty of room to relax and prepare. Would stay here again. "
