"Had difficulty checking in, we came to hotel from night flight and staff refused to check us in, once we checked in at end of day, room was clean, mid downtown location, will consider different hotel next time"

"I guess you get what you pay for. Our hallway on our floor straight up smelled like urine. We had to have the cleaning crew come up to disinfect the hallwat. The rooms were nice and big; however, a lot of the plugs in the room around the beds did not work or were really loose. The couch in the front room was really dirty to the point where we didn't really want to sit on them for too long. There were remnants of party streamers that had been hung from the ceiling from a previous stay. Overall, they need to do a better job cleaning this place up and some of the furniture could be replaced. "

"I stayed here recently with my fiancé and chose this hotel for its location and accessibility (right next to a metro station). The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet. I was also impressed with the staff attentiveness (checking in for a bag on my request and keeping the luggages secured until our flight). I highly recommend it! "

"Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location. Quiet and comfortable. It doesn’t have all the fancy amenities that some higher end hotels might have like a spa, but when you’re in NYC it’s not about spas. It’s about the city. We would definitely stay again!"
