The location was great. Very close to metro station. However, the place is a bit old and could use a remodeling. Breakfast was also very limited. The room was kind of small, but not bad to stay for a few days.

Buchung war erstmal nicht auffindbar, im ersten Zimmer war die Heizung defekt, im zweiten kaum Warmwasser. Alles ist absolut renovierung- / sanierungsbedürftig. Dazu sind die Zimmer sehr klein, alles ist laut und riecht seltsam - Pluspunkte jedoch für die Sauberkeit und die guten Kopfkissen - da alles aus Polyester ist, kriegt man auch bei jeder Bewegung einen gewischt - nachts ein Highlight.

Good for overnight cruise terminal connection. Rooms are alright and staff is kind and helpful but loud neighbors and roadway can be heard easily. Bring noise cancelling headphones for a good night sleep.

Housekeeping was excellent. Room was small and near and clean. I thought the whole experience was fine except for a horrifying episode at check in when a ride person raised his voice to me and then when I called Expedia he did the same to Expedia staff.

This hotel was okay...definitely very budget but was good enough if you're looking for a bed. The highway goes right next to the hotel so it's very very noisy and woke me up in the morning. But other than that it was fine. I would stay there again if I need an affordable place to crash.

La chambre était impeccable. Le seul problème constaté c'est sur le paiement de ma chambre. Le jour de mon départ, j'ai vérifié le montant prélevé sur ma carte de crédit. Un jour après quand j'arrive chez moi le montant a augmenté de 20$ alors que je n'ai rien utilisé dans ma chambre de plus. Je nia pas touché les thés placés dans la chambre. Je me pose la question pour de savoir pourquoi il y a 20$ Canadien de plus sur la facture? Le prix à la base était de 406$ canadien et c'est maintenant 426$

Great location -- close to so many cool bars, restaurants, markets, subway lines, etc. Room was pretty clean. Many mentioned how loud it was due to the highway being right there, but we didn't hear any traffic noise at all. It's not the nicest by any means but I'd probably stay here again for the aforementioned reasons.

Very very noisy as it was next to major highway, I paid for a double size room but das downgraded to single room for two persons. Also they did not refund me back my money for unfulfilled snacks. Buyers beware!

Pros: Room was modern and clean, and a decent size for a NYC room. Staff was courteous. Location was pretty good, lots of amenities nearby, and not too far from two subway stops. Decent amount of storage (closet space), good amenities in the room, too. Few complaints! Cons: Hotel is noisy! Tile floors, heavy doors (also a good thing), everything echoes, plus all the front rooms are a stones throw from the freeway. Just bring earplugs, though and it'll be fine. Overall, really enjoyed my stay, felt like for NYC it was a good bargain, more than I'd hoped for. I'd stay there again!

WiFi was appealing, but I needed a late check out at the last minute and the front desk accommodated me, which I appreciate. The front desk is however not inviting, it feels like a security desk with bulletproof glass. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. The coffee maker in my room didn't work. The coffee available at the continental breakfast was awful! The floor in my bathroom was dirty. Paint stains on the carpet. A LONG black hair (that didn't belong to me) inside one of the towels. Gross.
