Breakfast was great! It saved us a small fortune for not having to go out to breakfast. Make yourself a waffle was a hit for my grandsons. All the different options of eggs, fruit, bagels, sausage were fantastic. And the coffee was great. The staff were very accommodating. My only complaint is the pillows as they were very uncomfortable. I would stay there again

Love the free breakfast, love the customer service at the front desk and other staff. Decent area, close to public transportation. My only complaint is that the tv did not work very well.

Rooms are clean and breakfast is available but no free parking , parking for night cost 50$. No other utilities like washer dryer available , the hair dryer reset or stop after 5 min and need to wait for 10- 15 to get to normal.

This hotel is good for the typical overnight stay. Our stay was 3 nights. It was clean and met our needs. The staff was friendly and I the rooms were clean. However, the beds where not made each day nor clean towels where provided each day. It’s budget friendly and serves our basic needs. I would recommend.

Very good price for Brooklyn and convenient amenities all around. The R train is not my “favorite” but it gets you to Manhattan. For a quick, easy stay this is way better than air b an b dealing with unknown “hosts”. At least here you can complain. Rooms are small but nice mattresses and pillows. Clean and good amenities.
