This hotel does not represent luxury. The staff was very kind and helpful but the hotel itself felt like 3 star and 4 star pricing. The pool area is dated and visibly run-down (ugly, cheap looking chairs with the paint peeling off of them) and to make things worse, while you’re “relaxing” by the pool, you look up and see the facade of the building peeling off - not to mention its small and filled with tons of screaming children.
There is no hotel bar and the coffee shop is meh. I was shocked this group would put their name on this hotel but seeing as they did, I’d never consider staying at another one ever again. Too bad.
