"My biggest concern was the room opened to the outside world. There were no interior rooms available. I was most uneasy over that. The room overall was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small. And there were water stains on the ceiling which were concerning. However, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful--especially the two ladies assisting with the breakfast buffet. They were quietly efficient and most helpful The location was perfect for our needs. "

"The most horrible rude unprofessional staff i have ever seen . The worst experience i have had . The most insulting staff who has no manner yell and double charge my credit card , invade my room many times without my permission . I m. A physician who works at the hospital JFK right next to the hotel and this nasty assistent manger attacked me twice claiming i owe them when she double charged me and over charged me . I need my money back "

"Clean apartment and comfortable bed. Hostess was very responsive to messages and helped out my sister who had a recent surgery. I would've loved a binder with information with WIFI and things to do nearby so I didn't have to bother Yadira so much with my questions! Overall, a very nice stay! Great price too!"

"Fabulous home! We had 3 generations of family and all our needs were met. Communication with the owners was timely and informative. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area! "

"The property was spacious and accommodated our large group! The backyard is perfect for a party. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was only a 10min drive to the airport, and 15min drive to downtown/ the beach. Only issues is we didn’t have extra toilet paper for bathrooms and didn’t have enough towels. Overall, I would recommend this house!"
