"Lovely accommodation set In beautiful gardens. Surrounded by a golf course with wild sheep roaming. Couldn’t ask for a better well equipped accommodation. Easy access to the A55 to explore north wales. The owner is very friendly and obliging without being to obtrusive. Without a doubt I would book to come and stay here again. 10 out of 10. "

"The house suited our needs, however the lounge was upstairs although on the plans it was on the ground floor and we had elderly parents who couldn’t climb the stairs. We arrived to overflowing bins which smelt very bad and they weren’t sorted until the following morning. The photographs are clearly out of date as the accommodation is tired and is used as a HMO."
"This is not a Hotel, this is basically an AirB&B with escalated prices for a room with shared bathroom and shared also with owner. The owner was nice enough but we paid £97 for night (not worth it) compared to £65 at Ibis hotel in Liverpool (Albert Docks) - air conditioning, own bathroom and much more comfort. This ‘Hotels.com’ need to vet what people are offering. I am actually quite offended by what I was offered and will now use other sites to book ACTUAL hotels! "

"The room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly comfortable — plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. The beds were cozy, and everything felt well-kept and thoughtfully arranged. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere with modern touches. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, offering great local recommendations and making everything easy from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal with a golf course just behind it
Overall, it was a great stay with excellent value. Would absolutely return and recommend to anyone visiting Flint!"
"We stayed at The Ship for a special wedding anniversary. It’s an exceptional hotel in a wonderful area which has a unique atmosphere. The hotel food is good with a menu that changes over the seasons. The breakfast is very good and there is plenty of choice from pastries and cereals to full English. The rooms are well furnished and comfy and the tea, coffee and biscuits topped up daily.
For bird watchers the estuary is worth a visit and in the room we chose the hotel thoughtfully provided binoculars. We also visited Birkenhead Park that inspired New York Central Park. The highlight had to be our visit to Port Sunlight and the Lady Lever art gallery. A brilliant exhibition of Jim Moir's art which was much more skilled than we’d realised from the Sky Arts tv series. "
"It was our first visit staying with you and we would definitely want to stay again. Also would recommend you to our friends and family. The friendliest of staff was outstanding and cleanliness exceptional "

"Communication with the property management was quick and clear. The house was dirty - surfaces had been wiped down and the bedding was clean, but the house had visible dirt and grime in the bathroom, kitchen, and windows. "
