"Excellent accommodation and facilities. Evrywhere was clean, rooms were a good size and the pool area was excellent. Bar was good with live sports on. Breakfast was a little disappointing for the cost."

"Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good plenty of choices for all even gluten option. We would definitely recommend staying here for sure.👍 "

"Lovely flat right in the heart of West Kirby, was bang on for our Easter break and lynn was a great host and left us a couple of nice surprises! There’s some really nice bistros and the ring o bells pub is well worth a visit. We did a Nice walk round the marine lake and up to hoylake and back, all in all it’s a beautiful area and we would defo recommend it to people. "

"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!"

"House is cute, NOT ADA accessible at all! Lots of stairs, the blinds and curtains were broken in the primary bedroom. The dryer shorted out in the laundry room each time we tried to use it. Communication with host was sporadic, I didn’t get the wifi information till the day before we left! "

"The ad and pictures are misleading. It does not sleep 5. Maybe 4. Couch looks nice in the pictures but when we arrived it had no legs. The place was dirty. Backyard patio had garbage including old sandals and an empty beer can. We felt the need to wash everything including dishes and bedding. "
