"Clean and tidy and had all I needed for my stay. Close to Morrisons which was useful and only a 15 min drive to where I was working. My flat was at the front overlooking the road which is a bit noisy during the day and evening so I had the front windows closed and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep. The towels are ok but would prefer bath sheets or larger towels than those on offer. I will certainly look to using this place again as I frequently work on Canvey island."

"The hotel lobby was very dark, being dimly lit. It was ultra modern and lacked the personal touch of a receptionist replaced with people walking around with a tablet to check you in. To leave our luggage before gaining room access cost £15! To check in earlier than 3pm cost £40! The drain in the wet room wasn’t working properly which left the bathroom flooded! No toilet roll holder. Room/beds were clean and comfortable."

The location was superb to the tube and walking to many different locations for shopping, dining and having drinks."

The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the property seemed well looked after. The breakfast buffet was decent, with a reasonable selection, although there was nothing particularly outstanding about it. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you’re looking for a clean, modern, and peaceful hotel."

"The location of this hotel is excellent right next to the Tower of London andbthe Thames. Whilst the room was very comfortable unfortunately the shower drain could not cope with the shower flow which led to water lying all pver the bathroom floor. We made reception aware when we left and they said the6 would look into it straight away."
