Staff were fine, just very minimal with communication. The property was located one block over from the red light District in Frankfurt. No hate to that kind of a situation just that it was a drug infested area of the city. There were literally people shooting up drugs sitting on the sidewalk outside the entrance. The parking garage was expensive, not well marked. And was so tiny and so tight. It was terrifying to even get in and out of and someone hit our car while it was parked down there. AC was terrible. There was barely any hot water. We had this same property booked for later on in our trip here and we canceled and booked a different hotel.

Staff was great. Location good. Breakfast is good. Room was quiet and comfortable.
The only suggestion I would make is to be more thorough with the dusting. It was caked-up in certain places and when you open the curtains the air is filled with dust.
It is a good go-to hotel if you need a quick place in Frankfurt near the main train station.

"The Sheraton is very conveniently located in the Frankfurt airport and very close to the train station.
