Very easy drive over to Holiday Valley for skiing and just under an hour and a half to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Would absolutely recommend to other people and would stay here again :)"

"We had the most amazing weekend!! This house was perfect for our group! We really enjoyed the coffee/hot chocolate bar. The hot tub was excellent after a long day skiing. We really enjoyed the fairy garden even in the snow! The host were very prompt and extremely helpful! Also the most comfortable beds that we have stayed in a VRBO home. "

We loved the cozy setting and the easy drive into Ellicotville.Only mention I would say is that the driveway was slippery sheet of ice, which made getting in and out of vehicles and unpacking tricky.
