Good Alternative for Business Use

Basic accommodation alternative for business users wanting something other than the normal hotel room. Shared facilities though, Kitchen, Dining Room, Bathroom. Flat Panel TV in room is huge + smart connection available. WiFi is good. Basic table and chair for those wishing to work in room.

Quite a big property

Very clean a home from home i would deffonatly stay here again felt safe and secure with the digital locks and if you like to walk only a 20 minuite walk into cleethorpes big tvs in the bedroom kitchen is very clean and spacious ..and i like the fact you have no one watching your every move free to come and go when you please excellent x

Clean, warm and comfortable

Comfortable bed, clean room, tea and coffee supplied. Bring own toiletries. Parking is on road but easy to get a space. Local area not great but no issues throughout my stay. Access via code which was sent prior to my arrival.

Misleading

This is advertised as an ‘apartment’. In reality it is a 3 bed semi with a shared bathroom and 3 bedrooms. When you se ‘apartment’ you expect some privacy - there is nothing wrong with the room but the way it is portrayed is misleading - I would never have booked the accommodation if I’d have known what it was

Apartment style with shared facilities

Apartment style with access codes sent before your stay. Means you share bathroom and kitchen facilities with whoever else is there but comfortable and clean and kitchen is large with everything you need. Ideal for an overnight stay in the area.

Perfect for a room only low price stat

If you need a room only for a great nights sleep this place is strongly recommended. Comfortable, high standards of cleanliness, huge TV and lots of pillows.

Good option for lone traveler

The rooms and facilities are good. My only gripe was the location which was slightly run down with a few boystrus kids hanging around. Still a good option if you don't want to stay in a hotel and what to cook your own meals. The owner is also very helpful.

Priced to please and close to what I wanted

Friendly owner (doesn't live on the property, but with a phone number on the plaque outside in case you forget it). Efficient check in and both keycodes required provided. Residential street-side parking, but didn't take long to get a spot to leave my car. Several small shops around for essentials, and decent facilities for the self-catering aspect. Massive TV in the room, making me envious of my home system.

Home from home feeling

Staying here felt just like being at home. No hotel staff looking over your every move. Felt secure and safe with digital locking on external and internal doors. This is the ideal place to stay for groups of friends or large families that don't mind sharing a bathroom and kitchen. A kitchen of which has all the amenities you would have at home & everyroom has flatscreen TVs with NowTV ,Netflix, YouTube etc and free WiFi . Absolute great value for a home from home feeling,in luxury accommodation that is modern,spacious and very clean. Couldn't fault it at all and would love to stay here again with my family .
