Cosy Vintage Apartment next to the horse stable

The newly renovated apartment is peacefully located on a beautiful spot, surrounded by majestic mountains, meadows & near a river. You will reside next to the riding satable "Ponyplausch im Gletscherdorf". The busstop "Mettenberg" & the tennis court are only a 2 & the golf course a 10 min walk away. In the winter the cross-country skiing trail passes behind the property. Ideally suited for relaxing or active holidays for two and also for family vacation with or without ponies.
The space
The 45m2 apartment offers:
-Kitchen with stove, refrigerator (incl. small freezing compartment), microwave and a coffee machine.
-1 bedroom with queensize bed (2x1.60m)
-Living room with TV incl. chromecast, popcorn machine & up to 2 single beds.
-Bathroom with shower
-Foyer with a small storage room for skiis etc.
-Private outdoor area with a table, lounge and grill.

Please notice that the apartment is located in an old building and therefore the ceilings in some rooms are only between 1.80-1.90 m high.
