"The room was not clean. There was dirt on the light switches and other high touch areas, and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. There was dirt under the bed.The shower head needed replacing and the bedspreads and blankets had seen better days. Outside the side door, there were hundreds of cigarette butts on the ground."
