"The hotel is in a good location, it was clean and my bed was very comfortable.
I had an issue while checking in: the hotel policy on Expedia says the hotel accepts debit cards, credit cards and cash. I presented my debit card for the security hold of CAD $200, the hotel front desk staff Simon said they ONLY take credit cards. I was stranded as I didn’t have a credit card, and had to ask a friend for help.
The hotel policy should be updated as so to prevent such inconvenience to other hotel guests.
