Luxury 5BD Loft Located In Rodney Bay

PÀRIS Villas 5BD Loft is modern, Miami-style living at the top of our Rodney Bay building. It's made for groups, families and celebrations. All five bedrooms have a king-size bed and an en-suite shower and toilet, and the master suite has a spa-inspired shower. Custom purple lighting runs throughout the loft to set the mood, and the private balcony looks out over Rodney Bay Marina and the evening sunset.

Rack up a game on the luxury pool table, cook in the full kitchen or the second kitchenette, then head downstairs to the 40ft custom-lit saltwater pool and large turf lounge. The pool and turf are shared with other PÀRIS Villas guests. There is also a fully equipped gym on site.

You're in a private, gated community, about a 5-minute walk from Reduit Beach, the best restaurants, shopping and Rodney Bay's nightlife.

Good to know
Entire loft (top floor, reached by stairs) with 5 bedrooms (5 king beds), 5.5 baths, 4,000 sq ft, gated private parking and a disabled parking spot. Sleeps 10. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM, with a 2-night minimum stay. Our property manager meets every guest in person and hands over the gate and house keys. No smoking inside (please use the balcony), no pets and no parties. Hewanorra International Airport (UVF) is about 1 to 1.5 hours away by car, and we can arrange taxi, helicopter, ferry and rental car transfers.

Concierge
Private chef, spa treatments, boat and jet ski tours, ATV tours, photography, luxury picnics, decorating and more can be arranged through our concierge at an additional cost. Luxury services arranged without our concierge carry a US$150 service fee.
