The communication at the start was horrible. I sent emails and called with no response. I felt ignored so I contacted h otels.com then I finally got a response. Once i was hooked up with Sam, everything was perfect. Sam went above and beyond to ensure my nephew and I were taken care of. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
