L'appartamento si trova a Marina di Grosseto in un condominio popolare dall'aspetto esteriore non molto rassicurante, invece l'app. all'interno è ok. (Non adatto a chi non può fare 4 rampe di scale).Le spiagge di Marina sono belle, molto ampia quella libera che va verso Principina a Mare.Da non perdere una passeggiata sulle mura di Maliano in Toscania.

Appartamento molto spazioso ed in buona posizione per accedere alle spiagge.

L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario e (per noi che ci siamo stati in tre) di camere/letti e bagni in quantità più che abbondante. La mancanza di aria condizionata non è stata penalizzante (tranne in un caso che descrivo più sotto), la zona è abbastanza areata. Nessun problema dovuto alla mancanza dell'ascensore (l'appartamento è al terzo piano), chiaramente va tenuto conto di questo aspetto se si hanno delle difficoltà motorie. Il parcheggio nell'immediato non è semplicissimo (spostandosi più lontano verso l'esterno dell'abitato dicono diventi molto più fattibile) ma i proprietari, sempre molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno ceduto il posto dove era parcheggiata la loro auto. A breve distanza si può usufruire di un piccolo ma ben fornito supermarket e ci sono alcuni bar e negozi. Per chi va con bambini, di fronte e poco più lontano ci sono due parchetti pubblici (abbastanza poco curati nella pulizia, putroppo) con qualche giostrina (alcune in condizioni non buone), a pagamento ci sono un parco giochi, un luna park e dei gonfiabili. Unico neo, che vado a descrivere ora, è stata la presenza di un bar/locale presente di fronte all'appartamento che la sera fa musica dal vivo o produce comunque musica per gli avventori: nel primo caso in particolare, il rumore è stato davvero eccessivo fino a ben dopo le 23 e poi è stato ridotto solo di poco per volta fino al termine della serata alle 00.15, motivo per il quale ci siamo dovuti rinchiudere dentro con tapparelle abbassate e finestre chiuse, soffrendo il caldo, con scarsi risultati peraltro. Le altre sere il rumore è stato meno fastidioso ma comunque avvertibile. Mi "consola" solo il fatto che presso il parco giochi/luna park, troppo in la per noi per sentirlo, il rumore non è forse da meno.

Ottimo per famiglie o gruppi

Appartamento molto confortevole, spazioso, pulito, dotato di ogni accessorio necessario anche per un soggiorno lungo. Buona la posizione: vicino al mare, al supermercato e negozi vari. Eravamo due famiglie di amici con bambini e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! Unico neo: terzo piano senza ascensore!

Ottima soluzione per vacanza in famiglia con bambini

L'appartamento corrisponde esattamente a quanto descritto. Ideale per due famiglie con bambini. Ben arredato e completo negli accessori. Ottima soluzione a 200 metri dal mare, vicino ai negozi per fare la spesa e vicinissimo ai divertimenti serali per i bimbi (parco giochi, luna park e gonfiabili). I proprietari sono stati davvero gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Abbiamo trascorso due ottime settimane.

Propriétaires extrêmement gentils et sympathiques, soucieux de notre confort. Appartement tout neuf, confortable, très bien équipé, tout proche de la mer. Terrasse sur laquelle on a pu prendre tous nos repas. A recommander !!

"L''appartamento era pulito e si è dimostrato funzionale al numero di ospiti potenziali ( noi eravamo 4 adulti e 4 bambini).I titolari si sono dimostrati cortesi e discreti fornendoci esaustive informazioni già prima del nostro arrivo.L''unico neo, un locale di fronte al condominio alcune sere un po'' rumoroso. Market e giornali sono effettivamente vicini e la distanza dal mare corrisponde a quanto dichiarato nell''annuncio così come la disponibilità di piste ciclabili verso le località limitrofe e sul lungomare."
