"Great location by the lake. But no reception there, no breakfast etc; everything was done via an adjacent hotel. The hotel seemed to be linked to at least two others and arriving on a Tuesday at around 6pm, the restaurants were already full with very few local options."

The history and charm of the Chateau could quickly be felt upon arrival and did not disappoint for the rest of our stay! "Excellent.Very good air conditioning. Thick double glazed windows.Room silent. Good beds and bathroom. Central location in the old town. Neighborhood clean and safe with some interesting characters on the street. Old town is halfway up the hill, walkable but some hills. Take the metro down to the waterfront where ,at Ouchy, there are old beautiful restored steamers to Montreux, Chillon Castle and Thonon-les-Bains with great views of the lake and Alps. Would definitely stay again. "
