"Mai was excellent in checking us in. I appreciate her throughness and her welcoming attitude. She is awesome and deserves a raise! She really is the template for all hotel hosts. Richard and as awesome as well. His attention to detail is incredible. He has such a nice way about himself, super nice, and very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. "This place was excellent except for one thing: it was too warm inside to get away with the windows closed and it was much too loud outside at all times of night to rest undisturbed with the windows open. I could get away with it, but my brother’s a light sleeper and didn’t get a great night of sleep any night. Of course this may have been due to rowdy drunks coming back from Oktoberfest but the restaurant downstairs was receiving trucks early in the morning as well. Overall I thought this was a good hotel, but some unforseen circumstances made it less than ideal."
