"On arrival it took almost an hour to check in, when I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that the room I booked was not available. i was finally given a room but although I was told it was like for like, it was not in the main hotel and was quite far from the restaurants and entertainment area. I will make sure my booking is confirmed in the main hotel building next time."

"The entire hotel is old, past its time, and neglected, the room, the balcony, the lobby, and there is no beach access! They have a FENCE!!! installed right at the beach front so you can's walk to the water. Unbelievable! there was no hot water in the entire facilities for TWO DAYS! and the night staff is friendly but poorly trained. I went to the front desk to alert them there was not toilet paper or paper towel in the bathroom lobby TWICE, still nobody bothered to replenish the bathroom...
