"The location right in the beach is amazing. It was a great time with our 4 kids to relax before the busy start to the school year. Pictures don't do it justice. It was very peaceful and secluded and there are all the beach amenities you need (umbrella, chairs, sand toys etc )"

"Awesome location! Right on the beach and multiple towns close by (Vilano Beach, St. Augustine and Palm Valley) for shopping and restaurants. Beach is not crowded at all. Only people on the beach will be others staying in a house on the beach. No hotels, condos or public beach access in eye sight. We watched a large group of dolphins swimming north, a sting ray jump out of the water and a sea turtle poke its head out. Also woke up to sea turtle tracks leading to nest and tracks back to the ocean. The beach has tons of shells!House was pretty clean and well stocked. Dishwasher and washer machine pods, dryer sheets, dish soap and new sponge. Has a grill and there was matches, lighter fluid, chimney starter, and partial bags of charcoal. Multiple body boards and other beach items. We enjoyed the our stay with the house and location!"

"We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the house! The location is fantastic, right on the beach with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the water. It was so nice being able to walk right out and enjoy the beach whenever we wanted.The house was also very well stocked. The kitchen had plenty of amenities and everything we needed during our stay, and we really appreciated all of the beach essentials that were provided. It made traveling and spending time at the beach that much easier.There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the outdoor areas overlooking the ocean were definitely a highlight. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!"

"Super easy check-in, amazing views, and a very clean house! The only minor issue was that the upstairs A/C struggled to stay cool during certain parts of the day and was leaking a little. Living in Florida, I know that can be challenging, especially with the sun is beating down on that side of the house. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again!"
